Imagine the medicine also dissolves into light, transforming into a five-colored light essence. Then offer flowers, perform tsok (gathering feast), etc., to make it better. Request permission from the guru who has perfectly received the tsok empowerment, then divide the medicine and make pills or powder, either is fine, there is no conflict. If it can be done best, if there is yab-yum (father-mother) practice, it will be even easier to accomplish. On top of the above medicines, add three drops of your own bindu (essence) the size of a small bean, and the mother's red and clear bindu the size of a bean, then practice as before. After practicing for six months, the body will transform into a Vajra body, becoming hard and stable, without birth or death, attaining the Vidyadhara (knowledge holder) state of life equal to the sun and moon, capable of benefiting limitless beings. You will meet all the Buddhas of the future and be prophesied for unsurpassed Bodhi (enlightenment). Fourth, the method of making pills is: make the above medicines into pills the size of buckthorn seeds, and take seven pills three times each morning. After taking it for three months, you can stop eating tsampa (roasted barley flour). The body becomes light, awareness is comfortable, wisdom is clear, and you can distinguish between essence and dross. Fifth, the method of extracting essence and taking it is: on top of the above medicines, add Indian Haritaki (Sanskrit: Haritaki, a medicinal herb), musk, and stalactite, and after taking it for six months, the strength can be compared to a lion. 1. On top of the above medicines, add the Six Excellences (Tibetan: བཟང་དྲུག, meaning: six good medicines), the Three Hot Spices (Tibetan: ཚ་བ་གསུམ, meaning: three spicy medicines), and white sugar, and after taking it for three or six months, the body will generate heat, become young, and all teeth, hair, and nails will be replaced. In addition, for other medicines that are not honey and ghee, stalactite is needed, otherwise it is not needed. 2. If you can find vulture meat, it is best, otherwise use various bird meats, mixed with aged dry mutton powder, and after taking it for three years, the body will generate heat, you will not need to wear clothes, the mind will be comfortable, meditation will be clear, and even if you are alone, you will not feel lonely, but will increase your practice. 3. Another method is to mix honey, ghee, Haritaki, 'Great Meat' (Tibetan: ཤ་ཆེན, meaning: big meat), stalactite, and the powder made from refined nectar as before, and after taking it for three months, wisdom will naturally increase, you will feel that even if you suppress the sun and moon, you can suppress them, and even if you lift Mount Meru, you can lift it, you will be able to subdue all gods and demons, and wisdom will increase. 4. When eating, visualize yourself as the deity, and in the heart of the deity, visualize Manjushri, holding a sword in his right hand and a vase filled with nectar medicinal powder in his left hand. Visualize the right hand holding the sword cutting open the lifeblood of your upper body chest cavity and the junction of the heart fat, making the blood vessels hollow, and then pouring the ghee and medicinal materials into it. Swallow a spoonful, visualize the medicine turning into nectar juice flowing. Visualize the whole world filled with nectar, and all the veins filled with nectar. Visualize cutting off the upper body chest cavity, completely cutting off the target, and putting it down temporarily. Then, if the mind is distracted, pray to the guru. After seven or eight days, perform a tsokhor. If this is not completed, then there is no other way to do it in three auspicious times. It is important to make the guru happy and keep the vows pure. If you only do this, you can have a vajra body and generate many merits. This is the secret instruction for cutting off seminal emission. 8.
