Sa la! Transforming hunger into the path! Visualize nectar in a precious vessel, containing the five meats and five nectars, appearing white with a reddish glow, offered by the dakinis. Merely by offering, one attains the body free from outflows, attains the Mahamudra body without coming or going, and naturally arises in samadhi. Bless it with Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Perfection), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Arising), and Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Immovable), and then consume it. The benefit of consuming it in this way is: one obtains all supreme and common siddhis. Especially, one attains longevity, the vajra body merges into twelve cubits, thereby becoming immortal. Even if one cannot achieve this, one will increase one's lifespan to a thousand years. Moreover, if the potency enters the skin, swords cannot pierce it; if the potency enters the flesh, even if one falls into a ravine, it is like a feather carried by the wind; if the potency enters the bones, even if killed, one cannot be killed. Ultimately, one will not perish from starvation, and will be liberated from the eon of famine. Samaya! The extraction of essence secrets is always the practice of Sadaprarudita. The instructions for the practice method, including all activities and stages, are complete. Homage to the venerable lamas and yidams! The compassionate Guru Padmasambhava, For the benefit of future yogis, Revealed this method of consuming the medicine of Sadaprarudita. This is the blessing of the Buddhas of the past, And the inconceivable compassion of the incarnate ones. For the benefit of fortunate sentient beings and those with karmic connections, And those who selflessly dedicate themselves to the benefit of beings, Yogis who desire to attain enlightenment in one lifetime, Realized lions among men who roam the mountains. Dwelling alone in solitary places, The mind rests in the natural state of non-action. Primordially pure, beyond words and thoughts. Through meditation, thoroughly severing inner attachments, Through listening, cutting off outer attachments. With one-pointedness, determining the nature of one's own mind. Purely maintaining vows, perfecting the practice of the deity. Not forgetting vows, practicing diligently. With unwavering devotion, placing the lama on the crown of one's head. Letting go of everything, dwelling freely without attachment. Yogis who thirst for the Dharma like a thirsty person drinks water, Relying on the unsurpassed lineage, striving for the sake of future lives. May I meet with such a fortunate one! Admonishing not to meet with the unfortunate, And concealing it in the auspicious long cave of Lhodrak Kharchu, Hidden in the red rock white stone arrow feather place. Samaya! The history of this is: The perfectly enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni, in the charnel ground, spoke to the eight dakinis about the method of compounding medicine. Unifying the intention of the fifty-eight dakinis. In central India and other places, proficient in... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is said in the fifty-eighth chapter, summarizing the intention of the fifty-eight chapters into one. Guru Padmasambhava spoke with the assembly. Now, regarding the actual instructions, there are thirteen points. First, examining the root: the color is yellowish-green, the shape resembles a lotus petal, and it has a yellow flower. Because I have so many qualities, but there is no one to consume them, I am always crying, therefore it is called 'Always Crying' (Rtag tu ngu). This has five types: white flower, yellow flower, red flower, green flower, blue flower. Among them, it is difficult to find any color other than yellow, but yellow is abundant. It is also found in the place where the Kalachakra Tantra (bKa' bde gshegs sgrog pa) is taught. All five colors are found in Lhodrak (Lho brag), also in Mount Kailash (Gangs ti se), also in Lake Manasarovar (Riwo che rab), also between the great stupas, also at the border of China, also in Tsari (Byar tsa ri), also in Bumthang, Bhutan (Mon bum thang). The tears of 'Always Crying,' even in dry times, will have dew, other roots do not have dew. This is the first chapter on the method of examining the root. Harvesting: It is best to harvest when the bean plants bloom early, harvesting both the root and the leaves. Drying: Do not let the sun and wind touch it, dry it in the shade, and if it falls like sleeping when you brush it with your hand, that is the degree of dryness. This is the second chapter on harvesting and drying. Then, in a clean mortar, pound 'Always Crying' and the various medicines separately, do not mix them. The degree of grinding is to flatten your nose, and without mixing honey and medicine, bless it with three syllables (seed syllables and mantras), and consecrate it. This is the third chapter on pounding and consecrating. The mixing juice: use rice wine, or the urine of a man who has not been with a woman, otherwise use your own urine. Do not use urine after being intoxicated. Make pills the size of juniper berries. Prepare a gathering (tshogs) and a puja (pūja), offer a mandala (maṇḍala) to the lama and the Three Jewels, and recite auspicious prayers. Eat twenty-one pills each day, or seven each time, three times a day. By eating like this for three months, you will not need to eat tsampa, and you will naturally feel full. The body will be light, the consciousness will be clear, and the wisdom will be able to distinguish between essence and dross. This is the fourth chapter on making pills. Furthermore, on top of the above medicines, add Indian Myrobalan (a ru ra, Sanskrit Harītakī, Sanskrit Harītakī, literal meaning: Haritaki), white sugar, ramo shag, and cong zhi, make pills as above, and eat them for six months, and you will have the vitality of a lion, the strength of an elephant, and a lifespan equal to the sun and moon. This is the fifth chapter on the essence extraction for longevity. Furthermore, on top of the above medicines, add musk (bzang dr... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
