This is the chapter on the rejuvenating essence, the sixth chapter. If it is not honey, other things need to add Zhongxi (Tibetan: ཅོང་ཞི). If you can find the meat of a vulture, that would be best, or other kinds of bird meat, plus dried old mutton powder, taken for three months, the body will generate heat, and you will not need to wear clothes, the mind will be peaceful, the samadhi will be clear, and even if you are alone, you will not feel lonely, but will continue to improve. This is the chapter on transforming into a nourishing essence, the seventh chapter. Another way to consume it: honey, haritaki pulp (Tibetan: ཨ་རུ་ར་ཤ་ཆེན།), Zhongxi (Tibetan: ཅོང་ཞི), and nectar-refined powder, mixed as before, taken for three months, wisdom will naturally increase, feeling that even if you suppress the sun and moon, you can suppress them, and even if you lift Mount Meru, you can lift it, and even if you subdue all the gods and demons, you can subdue them, the Yidam Dakini (Tibetan: ཌཱ་ཀི) will think that you have the merit of enlightenment. This is the chapter on increasing wisdom, the eighth chapter. Furthermore, regarding the making of eye medicine: the root of the awa grass (Tibetan: རྩ་ཨ་བ་), the meat of a blue snake, Zhongxi (Tibetan: ཅོང་ཞི), and three fruits, mixed with the previous honey, taken three times each morning, continuously for three months, vision will become clear. This is the chapter on making vision clear, the ninth chapter. There is also another method: on the basis of the previous medicine, add the liver and bile of a spotted pig, bear bile, black dog bile, female bear, black horse, mule, human, crow, and owl bile, these nine kinds of bile mixed with medicinal honey, taken for three months, you will be able to see the entire world at once, and see that there is no difference between day and night. This is the chapter on the nourishing essence of the eye of wisdom, the tenth chapter. Another way to consume it: crush the roots, leaves, and stems of this plant together, and then add the medicine: Indian haritaki (Tibetan: ཨ་རུ་ར་རྒྱ་གར་མ།), pigeon feet, datura oil, and cow ghee, all three measured with yogurt, each taking three parts, made into pills slightly smaller than sparrow eggs, add a lot of white and red datura, as well as lotus, safflower, and bean flowers, etc., all kinds of flowers, mix all the medicines with honey, bless and consecrate with three syllables (seed syllable, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), after taking it, the eyes will become bright, the skin will become radiant, the wisdom will become clear, it will be easier to establish contact with the Yidam, and all leprosy and other evil diseases will be cured.
