As he was preparing to go to Reting, his niece took a full jug of chang (Tibetan barley beer) and said, 'Uncle, no matter what, you must go, please accept this farewell drink.' She cried a lot because she couldn't see her uncle. He himself was also drunk and couldn't burn the books. The next morning at dawn, he left. In a dream, he dreamed that instead of burning the books, he should take them to Yarlung. In the place of Yarlung Shabo Gang, there was a nomad named Palgyi Yeshe, who was proficient in the profound mantra teachings. Go and visit him. In the future, you will need him.' He thought, 'Then, is it okay not to burn them?' So he bought a mule and sent a capable servant to escort him. His niece also sent them for three days, offering the gold and jade that her uncle had given her, as well as her own earrings, to her uncle, saying, 'Uncle, you are old and weak, going to Lhodrak, my wealth will not help you, please use them to increase your travel provisions.' But he did not accept. 'Uncle, if I can't see you, please take care of yourself. Once I am free, I will come to find you.' After saying that, she went back. After that, the Han Chinese monk and servant arrived at Yarlung Shabo Gang. A disheveled nomad monk came and asked, 'Where do you mantra practitioners come from? Where are you going? Are you from Ogyal Ling?' The Han Chinese monk replied, 'We come from the distant Nyangro Tsepong.' He said, 'Oh, that's not very far. Where are you going now?' He replied, 'Now I want to send this corpse to the rock of Kharchu.' He said, 'It seems that there are many people welcoming you.' He asked, 'What's the matter?' He said, 'You will be seen by them. Stay here tonight.' So they stayed there tiredly. That night, many heroes and dakinis came and took away his flesh, blood, and bones, coming again and again to take them away. Then came a great pandita (scholar) with a sparse beard, who dug out his heart and took it to Kharchu. He felt both scared and confused, and the next day he told the nomad monk about it. The nomad monk said, 'That's great, it seems that you have attained accomplishment and obtained the vidyadhara (knowledge holder) who controls life.' The Han Chinese monk asked, 'Are you an accomplished one?' He said, 'I have not attained accomplishment, it's just that my yidam (personal deity) is slightly responsive.' The Han Chinese monk was very surprised, offered a piece of gold, requested blessings, and entrusted the scriptures to him. Just like the initial prophecy, things came true, and he felt very relieved. After that, he went to Kharchu and found this treasure two years later.
