Then how to proceed? Perform the turning of the wheel, controlling, reversing, and scattering in sequence. Among these, the method of combining the wind with the body posture is: by clearing away the waste air and possessing four combinations, perform the training of the five branches, perform the subjugation of the vajra and the shaking of ha. By combining through the lotus posture, non-discrimination, and vase breathing, rely on warmth with the knee embrace possessing six characteristics. Through the half-lotus posture and crossing the hands, train in comfort. The seven-branch subjugation is the general outline of all these. Then, for a woman under twenty years of age who is in her prime, cultivate the combination of three cognitions and contemplate the sixteen joys. In the posture of turning the wheel, controlling, reversing, and scattering, the superior focuses on the view, the intermediate focuses on samadhi, and the inferior focuses on the wind and body posture. In order to generate bliss-emptiness wisdom, one should practice. The completion stage of formless, clear light wisdom is: first, visualize oneself being born from the lower realms, carefully contemplate the ways of experiencing suffering, and settle the mind in the bliss of the higher realms, contemplate the past circumstances with the mind, thereby regulating the actions of body, speech, and mind. Observe the nature of the mind that experiences pleasure and pain. Practice by assuming the vajra posture. Observe where the upper and lower parts of the body are located. In the posture of a Brahmin, close your eyes and look inward. Place both hands on your knees, straighten your body, contemplate emptiness, and observe where it is located inside and outside. In the posture of an eagle, and with the aggregates, etc., search for where the mind is located, where it is located in the object and the subject. Utter the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), like a Rakshasa, extend to the end of the sky. Examine in detail the ways of coming and going. Use the rope of Hūṃ to bind and liberate the object. At that time, observe whether the mind has bondage and liberation. Use Hūṃ to completely destroy all inner and outer phenomena, and observe whether phenomena and entities are permanent. Then, relying on impure and pure supports, abide in equality and observe its flow. Observe whether there is arising in the unsupported place. Observe whether there are colors, shapes, and objects. Observe whether the straightening, clarity, and stagnation of the body exist. Like the Śrāvakayāna, place both eyes on the tip of the nose. The mind has no object, it is in emptiness, its nature is clear, but there is no attachment. Abide in a state of non-discrimination and inexpressibility. Clarity is bliss, and bliss is non-discrimination. Look upwards like a lion. Like the wrathful gaze of an angry deity, the stretching of a giant, and the flying of an eagle, practice through actions, and practice in equanimity without obscuration. Then, relax the body, speech, and mind, and settle the mind in a state of non-observation. Mix the rough experience and feeling together. In this way, through twenty-seven mountain-like postures, search for the arising, ceasing, and abiding of the mind, the coming and going, and by observing shapes, colors, and bondage and liberation, whatever it may be. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
