Emanating from a hundred forms of peaceful and wrathful deities, at its base, on a lotus and moon seat, is a blue vajra with five prongs pointing upwards. On the upper five prongs reside the five Buddha fathers and mothers in union; on the lower five prongs reside the five blood-drinking deities in union. In the center of the vajra, in the middle of the sun disc, is a blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，Hūṃ，seed syllable) syllable, like lapis lazuli, surrounded by the root mantra. In the hearts of the four goddesses, each in the center of a moon seat, clockwise from the front are: Ha (ཧ，hā，Hā，seed syllable), Ri (རི，ri，Ri，seed syllable), Ni (ནི，ni，Ni，seed syllable), Sa (ས，sa，Sa，seed syllable). Visualize that in the hearts of all sentient beings, they are marked with their respective seed syllables. Then recite: Oṃ namo bhagavate guru vaiḍūrya prabharājāya tathāgatāya arhate samyaksaṃbuddhāya tadyathā oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahā bhaiṣajye rājā samutgate hari nisa mahā sarva siddhi phala hūṃ. Recite as much as possible. Finally, recite three times the vowels, consonants, hundred-syllable mantra, and root heart mantra. Offer with just the mantra, and praise with the first verse and the last three verses. If you feel tired from reciting, pray to the lineage masters: Born from immeasurable merit and accumulation, Adorned with marks and signs, the color of lapis lazuli. Protecting beings with the supreme giving and meditative mudra, I pray to the Medicine Buddha! Those who gather and request all the Dharma teachings, Skillfully explain and hold the treasury of Dharma. Embodiments of mind-born and wisdom knowledge, I pray to the feet of the two sages! Common knowledge Nabso Kye and Tangla Bar, Practicing the two difficulties, protecting and guiding like fire. Black Sheep Gyakye Na and the essence of the moon, I pray to the feet of the essence of salt! Glorious Garland and Glorious Perfection, Bhoshul Droje and the essence of the sun, Moonlight Bhikshu Kungawo, I pray to the feet of Youthful Healer! You are the sole refuge of all beings, possessing great compassion, I pray to the feet of མཉམ་ཉིད་རྡོ་རྗེ（Nyamnyi Dorje, phonetic transcription, Equality Vajra). The four heart sons who hold your treasury of teachings, and the rosary of Bhikshus from that lineage. Uninterrupted and undiminished, the golden bridge that perfectly shows the truth, I pray to the assembly of physicians who hold the lineage. The four sister goddesses, the wealth-giver ཞང་བློན（Zhanglon, phonetic transcription）, etc., and the assembly of protectors of the medical tantras and medicine. With wisdom and worldly forms, including the emanated retinue, I pray to the assembly of oath-bound protectors and arrogant ones. Through the blessings of praying in this way, may I in all my lifetimes be skilled in the science of medicine and healing, and may I grasp the lineage of the sages. When a patient hears or sees a doctor, as if arriving in a forest of medicine, may the diseases of wind, bile, phlegm, combination, heat, and cold be naturally and effortlessly relieved. When a doctor examines a patient, through the compassionate miracles of the sages and their retinue, like polishing a mirror of clairvoyance and other knowledge, may I see the characteristics of the disease. When a doctor applies red medicine, like a peacock rejoicing at the sound of a peacock, may the patient be happy, gaining a joyful mind thinking they will live, and may they be blessed with a smiling face and well-being. When preparing a medicinal compound, like a snake fleeing from the smell of a མ་གི་ཏའི（magi ta'i, phonetic transcription, mongoose）, may the city of diseases be destroyed in an instant. By adjusting the hot and cold properties and applying them to the patient's tongue, may the six tastes, eight qualities, and virtues increase in strength, thereby destroying the enemy forces of disease. When the medicine reaches the throat and stomach, through the heat of the fire, the aftertaste becomes sweet, sour, and astringent, may it reverse the battlefield of diseases such as the increase, decrease, and imbalance of wind, bile, and phlegm. May the medicines completely resolve the diseases after digestion, and when the body's essence and strength increase, may the obstacles to life be pacified, all wishes be fulfilled according to Dharma, and may the supreme body of fearless Vajra be attained. May all sentient beings pacify the flames of suffering from the three lower realms, accomplish Dharma, train in the activities of learning, contemplation, and meditation, and ultimately become the king of doctors. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
