May the state be attained! Through the compassion of the Medicine Buddha, the power and merit of the Vidyadhara sages, and the truth of the pure Dharmadhatu, may the aspiration be swiftly fulfilled! Thus, pray and strive to recite. During this time, one can make a Torma offering to the Dharma protector Shanglon Chenpo, or recite 'The Excellent Sound of Merit' etc. 3. Subsequent Activities: First, gather all the necessary Tsok (assembly) offerings, bless them with the activity mantra, and purify them with the स्वाभाव (svabhāva) mantra. From emptiness, from the letter 'A' arises a support of three skull-cups stacked on top of each other, upon which is placed a wide and vast skull-bowl, white on the outside and red on the inside, filled with feces, urine, रक्त (rakta, blood), bodhicitta, and brains transformed from the seed syllables 嗡 (oṃ), 吽 (hūṃ), 札 (trāṃ), 阿 (āṃ), 康 (kṣaṃ). Above this are the meats of humans, cows, dogs, elephants, and mules, transformed from the seed syllables 吽 (hūṃ), 啦 (lāṃ), 嘛 (māṃ), 啪 (pāṃ), 达 (tāṃ). Seal it with a moon seal and three letters. The wind blows, the fire burns, the skull-cup heats up, and the steam from the boiling substances touches the three letters. From this, light radiates, gathering the body, speech, and mind light rays of all the Buddhas of the ten directions, dissolving into the three letters, and together with the moon seal and the three letters, it dissolves into light. Each substance, together with its seed syllable, is completely transformed into a great ocean of nectar. Recite 嗡 (oṃ) 阿 (āḥ) 吽 (hūṃ) 哈哈 (ha ha) 舍 (hriḥ) three times. Divide the offerings into three parts, the first part mixed with white sweets, offering a white round offering. Recite: 吽 (hūṃ), From the pure Dharmadhatu, the great bliss palace, invite the Medicine Buddha Sambhogakaya to come. With the great ocean of Medicine Buddha nectar, offer the supreme Tsok (assembly) offering. Please accept and grant blessings and accomplishments! The following three lines, starting with 'Medicine Buddha', are recited in sequence according to the category. From the primordially pure, unchanging, spontaneously accomplished palace, invite the mind-born wisdom deity to come here. Medicine Buddha nectar ocean, offer the supreme Tsok (assembly) offering. Please accept and grant blessings and accomplishments! From the great bliss, unchanging Ogmin pure land, invite the root and lineage gurus, such as Constant Awareness. 供养祈请：以甘露妙药之大海，献上殊胜的会供轮之享用，祈请享用后赐予加持与成就。 （如此供养。）将掺有酒的肉食作为供奉护法神的朵玛，进行祈请： 吽！于此妙药之城，广大之坛城中，以外内供云之海而充满，以无量智慧之会供轮，圆满佛陀善逝之意愿。 以妙药精华、珍宝绸缎与茶之精华，以及普贤供养之种种，圆满传承上师们之意愿。 以消除寒热疾病之六味良药等，具有滋味与效能之众多妙药，以及五根、珍宝食物财富，圆满药神护法姐妹四尊之意愿。 以血肉骨骼内脏五种，心肝脑髓骨髓精液，以及血肉庄严之朵玛，圆满大臣等傲慢者之意愿。 祈愿圆满，于此时赐予殊胜成就！ （如此祈请圆满。）忏悔：我等为无明所惑，身语意以及根本支分之誓言，因违犯、错乱、颠倒，未能及时忏悔，所有违背之处； 未曾听闻、修习根本释续，未曾依止上师，盗法；未曾依止智者成就者，自作主张；口诀实修错谬颠倒，未能领悟胜者之意而错误行持； 凡此种种与经释相违之处，于护法佛陀前忏悔。祈请具慧者您务必宽恕。 风胆涎混合之寒热疾病，各自对治之药物错谬，滋味效能变异调配，或有配方缺漏错乱； 或因自身善意，生起极大信心，以对治疾病之药物妥善施予，然因宿业所致，彼等丧命； 虽已寄托于我，却未能救护，所有因愚昧无知所犯之罪过，以及未能领悟药物之本质等过失； 所有错谬过失，我皆于药神护法四姐妹前忏悔。祈请宽恕并赐予成就！ 甚深窍诀之口诀，虽为单传，然有违背之处；对无誓言者传授口诀，对盗法者、虚伪者、破誓言者； 或有隐藏口诀，然亦可能泄露，或以手段窃取，或强行索取。

Offering and Prayer: With the great ocean of nectar medicine, I offer the supreme enjoyment of the Ganachakra feast. Please accept and grant empowerment and accomplishment. (Thus offer.) Take the meat and alcohol mixed as Torma to the Dharma protectors, and supplicate: Hum! In this great mandala of the city of medicine, filled with the outer and inner offering cloud ocean, with immeasurable wisdom assembly wheels, fulfill the Samaya of the Buddha Sugata. With the essence of medicine, precious silk and the essence of tea, and all kinds of Samantabhadra offerings, fulfill the Samaya of the lineage lamas. With the six good medicines that eliminate hot and cold diseases, and many kinds of medicines with taste and potency, and the five senses, precious food and wealth, fulfill the Samaya of the four medicine protector sisters. With the five kinds of flesh, blood, bones, and internal organs, heart, liver, brain, marrow, and semen, and the great Torma adorned with flesh and blood, fulfill the Samaya of the arrogant ones such as ministers. May the Samaya be fulfilled, and grant the supreme accomplishment at this time! (Thus complete the fulfillment.) Confession: We are bewildered by many kinds of ignorance, the vows of body, speech, and mind, and the root and branches, due to violation, confusion, and reversal, and failure to confess in time, all violations; Never heard or practiced the root commentary tantras, never relied on the guru, stealing Dharma; never relied on wise accomplished ones, self-made; the oral instruction practice is mistaken and reversed, failing to realize the intention of the Victorious Ones and acting wrongly; All these contradictions with the scriptures and commentaries, I confess before the Dharma protector Buddha. Please, wise ones, forgive me. The mixed hot and cold diseases of wind, bile, and phlegm, the wrong medicines for each, the taste and potency are wrongly combined, or some prescriptions are missing or confused; Or because of one's own good intentions, great faith arises, and the medicines to counteract the disease are properly given, but due to past karma, they lose their lives; Although they have entrusted themselves to me, I have not been able to protect them, all the sins committed due to ignorance, and the failure to understand the essence of the medicine, etc.; All the mistakes and faults, I confess to the four medicine protector sisters. Please forgive and grant accomplishment! Some of the profound and special oral instructions of the precepts, although they are single transmissions, there are violations; giving oral instructions to those without vows, to Dharma thieves, hypocrites, and vow breakers; Or some oral instructions are hidden, but they may be leaked, or stolen by means, or forcibly demanded. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
