Light radiates from the hearts of the deities generated in front, offering to all Buddhas, eliminating the suffering of all sentient beings' minds, all the direct perception of wisdom of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, transforms into blue light and dissolves into my heart, the heart of Medicine Buddha becomes inseparable from my mind. Recite 'Oṃ Śaṃpa Ri Zo Li Saṃbha Ri Gu Li Pra Ma Ya' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) a hundred thousand times. Then the offering and praise: Offering to the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha and his retinue: all the flowers, fruits, and existing kinds of medicine, and all the jewels in the world, jewel mountains, and likewise, forests, lands, quiet and delightful places, decorated with trees, flowers, and adorned, and trees with abundant fruits and lush branches, various crops that grow without cultivation, and other ornaments suitable for offering, up to the end of the boundless realm of space, all those that cannot be completely obtained, take them with wisdom and offer them to the supreme of Buddhas, and his retinue, please, virtuous holy places, compassionate ones, have compassion on me, please enjoy these offerings of mine. To those who possess the body of merit and wisdom, offer precious medicines, grains, fragrances, and the five essences, and the supreme holy objects with five fives, may I eliminate the diseases of beings. Although the Buddhas have attained uncontaminated wealth, for the benefit of beings, they still offer with the five desirable qualities. May I, through this offering, eliminate the suffering of all sentient beings pervading the sky.
