Meditate on its essence, the appearance, sound, and awareness transform into deity, mantra, and Dharmakaya. Focus single-mindedly on this visualization and recite: Om Ah Hum Vajra Maha Guru Sarva Guna Siddhi Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་གུ་ཎ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།) Om Ah Hum Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།) Mum Lam Mam Pam Tam. (Tibetan: མཱུཾ་ལཱཾ་མཱཾ་པཱཾ་ཏཱཾ།) Hrih Maha Rini Sa, Citta Hring Hring Sarva Siddhi Samaya, Jah Hum Bam Hoh. Recite this general mantra as much as possible, encompassing all the main deities and retinue. Also, at appropriate times, to inspire joy in meditation and strengthen vows, visualize: Oneself clearly as the deity, from one's own body, throat, and heart, radiate white, red, and blue lights, shining in all ten directions. Touching the body, speech, and mind of the Sugatas, pleasing them with offerings, and gathering the accomplishments of the three secrets. Purifying the three doors of beings and bringing them under control. The lights gather again, dissolving into one's own three places, transforming into one. Believe in this way and recite the mantra. At the end of the session, visualize the light from the heart controlling all the stable and unstable essences of samsara and nirvana, then recite: Om Ah Hum Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།) Amrita Jivanti Bhaishajye Sarva Siddhi Hum Hoh Svaha. One may also recite a little of this mantra for continuously obtaining accomplishments. If one wishes to practice the longevity practice, visualize red light radiating from the bodies of the Three Roots, gathering the essence of the five elements, the life force, merit, and glory of beings, and the blessings of the Buddhas, transforming into nectar. Gathering in the skull cup in the hands of the guru on the crown of the head, boiling and overflowing, entering from one's own Brahma aperture, passing through the five chakras in sequence, filling the entire body. Being completely filled with nectar, obtaining the Vajra life. After the above mantra, recite: Vajra Ayushe Hum Bhrum. (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ།) (Vajra, Life, Seed Syllable, Seed Syllable) It is said that by reciting this, one can conquer death and become a vidyadhara who controls life. At the end of the session, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and the root mantra three times each with clear pronunciation, to complete any deficiencies in body, speech, and mind, and to stabilize the blessings. Tenth, regarding activities during breaks in practice: In special cases such as secret practices, combine the supplementary practice of the torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མའི་ལྷན་ཐབས།, Sanskrit: Balim, Romanized Sanskrit: Balim, Literal Meaning: Food Offering) with the practice of quickly completing the two accumulations, pray for what is desired, perform brief offerings and praises, and the invitation, stabilization, or sending back of the torma, as well as auspicious prayers. Usually, recite: Hum Hrih. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ) From the unborn realm of reality, the unobstructed power arises, the Three Roots deities who tame beings with wisdom and compassion. Inviting from their natural abode, abiding in non-duality. Prostrating, offering, confessing, praising, and requesting. Performing approach, accomplishment, activity, recitation, reading, and meditation. Pacifying all unfavorable factors and increasing all that is desired. Controlling self-appearance, subduing evil, demons, and enemies. May you quickly grant supreme and common accomplishments at this time. That is all. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This should be done. At this time, it is good to accomplish the activities of the Dharma protectors, whether extensive or concise. Third, the subsequent activities are: Tsok offering, vow stabilization, horse dance, receiving siddhis, offering gratitude, confessing transgressions, gathering, dedication and aspiration prayers, auspicious words, these are the ten steps of the subsequent activities. Among them, the first is the Tsok offering: blessing, invitation, offering confession, secret request, Tsok enjoyment, leftover food, these are the nine items. First is blessing the Tsok: Gather whatever Tsok items are available, such as meat and alcohol. Purify with clean water and the three types of alcohol. Hūṃ hrīḥ: Visualize yourself as the deity, from the seed syllable in your heart, light radiates, burning, incinerating, and washing the Tsok substances. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ transform them into wisdom nectar. Transforming into desire goddess, filling the offerings like clouds. Mahāgaṇacakra sarvaphalahoḥ. Second is the invitation: Hūṃ hrīḥ: Assembly of the victorious deities of the united family, please consider with your vows and compassion, for the sake of enjoying the Tsok offering, invite you to descend to this place. Samayajaḥ. Sit on the well-arranged and beautiful throne. I and others respectfully prostrate and praise. Please joyfully accept the outer, inner, and secret offerings. Grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Samayahoh. Third is the offering of Tsok: Hrīḥ: Possessing beautiful fragrance and delicious taste, soft and enchanting songs and dances, supreme bliss. Offering the complete Tsok offering. Having accepted, grant the common and supreme siddhis. Gaṇacakra sarvapūjāhoḥ. Fourth is confession, divided into completion and confession. If you want to do it in detail, you can add the completion of the three roots, the confession of the net of precious light, etc. The completion of the nine Dharma protectors, subduing enemies and obstacles, etc., can be added at this time. If it is brief, then abide in this and engage in subduing and praying. If brief: Hūṃ: In this great secret mandala of the united victorious ones, there is no lack of outer, inner, and secret samaya substances. Please fulfill the vows of the Three Roots deities. Please return the borrowed vows of the yogi me. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajrasattva āḥ samayahoḥ. Hūṃ: From beginningless time until now, controlled by ignorance and delusion, all violations and faults are completed and confessed with the Tsok offering. Buddha vajra ratna and padma karma complete the vows. Ignorance, hatred, pride, and jealousy, the appearance of clinging to truth and falsehood. In the vast space of the original ground. Originally without birth or cessation, free from elaboration. Conventional self-mind is the Victorious One, there is no confessor or confessed. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Fifth is subduing. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
