Is it promised to propagate the activities of hearing and speaking? Is it promised to cherish and protect the Four Tantras? Without transgressing the vows made in the past, please accept this Torma adorned with flesh and blood, and I implore you to remember your vows, urge and accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus offer. The third is to propitiate the steadfast earth goddesses: Fill the Torma vessel washed with medicine and alcohol with steadfast Torma, and bless it with three grains.
