The profound meaning transcends all elaborations and conceptualizations, like the clear, cloudless sky at dawn, appearing naked and clear. Recognizing this and abiding in it, depending on the strength of practice, one may remain in this state for seven, five, or three days. However, for ordinary individuals, this clear light appears only for a moment, and they cannot recognize it, falling into a state of unconsciousness. For those of superior capacity, they can remain in this state for a certain number of days, arise from it, and through the white crystal channel, emerge from the rainbow-like light, with the visions of the three bodies (Trikāya) appearing simultaneously, recognizing it as self-appearance, attaining enlightenment and liberation in an instant, and becoming enlightened in that very moment. The second is the attainment of Buddhahood in the Sambhogakāya (Enjoyment Body) for those of intermediate capacity, or the analogy of a child running into its mother's arms, having faith in the Bardo of Dharmata (the intermediate state of reality): For those who have not recognized the clear light, the Bardo of Dharmata will appear. Among them, the self-radiance of Dharmadhātu-jñāna (Wisdom of the Realm of Truth) is a bright light with a vibrant blue color; at the same time, the impure ignorance appears as the dull black light of animals. Representing this, the white light of Ādarśa-jñāna (Mirror-like Wisdom) is clear and radiant, while the light of hell, associated with anger, is dull and without luster; the yellow light of Samatā-jñāna (Wisdom of Equality) is clear and radiant, while the white light of the gods, associated with pride, is dull and without luster; the red light of Pratyavekṣaṇa-jñāna (Discriminating Wisdom) is clear and radiant, while the dark yellow light of the pretas (hungry ghosts), associated with miserliness, is dull and without luster; the green light of Kṛtyānuṣṭhāna-jñāna (Accomplishing Wisdom) is clear and radiant, while the reddish-gray light of the asuras (demigods), associated with jealousy, is dull and without luster. The five wisdom lights and the five impure, deluded lights appear simultaneously, and one must distinguish and separate them, abiding in their nature, in order to recognize one's own nature and attain Buddhahood in self-luminous awareness. If one still fails to recognize, then within the five lights, the visions of the five peaceful and wrathful deities (Śāntakrodha) of the five families (pañcakula), complete with five bindus, will appear. If one recognizes this as self-appearance, then awareness will manifest as the body of the deity and one will attain Buddhahood. If one still fails to recognize, then the three phenomena of sound, light, and rays will appear: the sound is like the simultaneous roar of a thousand dragons, the radiance of awareness manifests as light, and within the light, rays like rainbows appear. If one recognizes these phenomena and abides in them, one will be liberated. These are the ways of liberation for yogis of superior, intermediate, and inferior capacity. As stated in the 'Secret Bindu': The superior yogi, as soon as the five lights appear, the co-emergent wisdom (Sahaja-jñāna) also appears, and one attains Buddhahood in the five wisdoms; the intermediate yogi, as soon as the light clusters appear, awareness manifests as the body of the deity and one attains Buddhahood; the inferior yogi, sound and light... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
