རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔ (藏文，梵文天城体，ram khahi，令喜悦！) མ་ཧཱ་བ་སུ་ཏ་ལ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔ (藏文，梵文天城体，maha vasuta la kha ram khahi，令伟大的财富增长喜悦！) མ་ཧཱ་ཀི་ནི་རི་ཏི་ལ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔ (藏文，梵文天城体，maha kiniriti la kha ram khahi，令伟大的歌者喜悦！) 将重要的五真言与此结合，念诵三遍，则身语意之誓言衰损皆得恢复，内外障碍得以平息。 此后，供养秘密供品、药酒、朵玛： 吽！将自生之智慧五毒转化为药物， 化为无生无死的甘露（梵文：Amrita，不死）。 此乃清净伟大、稀有殊胜之誓言物， 纵然胜者如海，亦无遗忘之时。 为使瑜伽士之邪念彻底断除， 为使空行母如海，誓言得以圆满， 此殊胜之药，五甘露之誓言物， 供养、献予大自在马头金刚及其眷属， 愿其欢喜，赐予成就！ 嗡啊吽 玛哈 萨瓦 班杂 阿弥利塔 啦 卡 吽 卡嘿 (藏文，梵文天城体，Om Ah Hum Maha Sarva Pancha Amrita La Kha Ram Khahi，嗡啊吽，伟大的，全部的，五种甘露，令喜悦！) 吽！于三千世界轮回涅槃平等之宝器中， 盛满因缘功德无上之精华朵玛， 以五肉、白供、红供覆盖其上， 具备药物之力量与一切功德， 将此富饶之精华，献予大自在诸神众， 为使三界皆受掌控，请享用此供！ 伊当 巴林大 啦 卡 吽 卡嘿 (藏文，梵文天城体，idam balimta la kha ram khahi，此供品，令喜悦！) 吽！于大法螺之器中，盛满鲜红之光芒， 以十二缘起为基，乃有之根本。 包含人肉、莲花、鲁扎（梵文：Rudra，湿婆）之心血， 为掌控一切、诛杀破誓者， 为使三界轮回空尽，祈请享用！ 玛哈 惹嘎大 啦 卡 吽 卡嘿 (藏文，梵文天城体，maha rakta la kha ram khahi，伟大的血，令喜悦！) 如是供养。 此后，赞颂： 首先，对自身所生之五面本尊，以传承之意、身语意进行赞颂： 吽！ 如金刚般坚定，彻悟法性之怙主，如虚空般无别。 语之自性，莲花部之至尊，如辛度拉（梵文：Sindhura，一种红色颜料）般红润，安乐逝者。 大自在忿怒尊，断除五毒，如轮一般，乃大乐之身。 精勤利生，具菩提心，如如意宝般珍贵之心。 摧毁魔军，幻化之舞者，至尊马王。 顶礼赞叹赐予灌顶、至上成就、伟大秘密之庄严大海！ 如是赞颂。 此后，对根本诸尊及坛城，依次以简短偈颂进行赞颂： 吽！ 威猛炽盛之忿怒尊，马头金刚之身。 为调伏傲慢者，化现忿怒之身。 五身乃五智之自性，五马首。 三面吞噬三有， 九眼镇压大地，眼球赤红。 双耳轰鸣如千龙咆哮，降下猛烈冰雹。 鼻中卷起风暴，忿怒之小萨玛雅（梵文：Samaya，誓言）。 赤黄胡须，乃威猛之力汇聚之相。

Ram Khahi! (藏文，梵文天城体，ram khahi，May there be joy!) Maha Vasuta La Kha Ram Khahi! (藏文，梵文天城体，maha vasuta la kha ram khahi，May great wealth increase joyfully!) Maha Kiniriti La Kha Ram Khahi! (藏文，梵文天城体，maha kiniriti la kha ram khahi，May the great singer rejoice!) By combining the five essential mantras and offering them three times, all broken vows of body, speech, and mind are restored, and outer and inner obstacles are pacified. Then, offer the secret offering, medicine-alcohol, and the three tormas: Hūṃ! Transforming the five poisons of self-arisen wisdom into medicine, Into the deathless nectar, Amrita (Sanskrit: Amrita, immortality). This is the greatly pure, wondrous, and extraordinary samaya substance, Though the victorious ones are like an ocean, there is no forgetting. In order to completely destroy the mistaken thoughts of yogis, And to fulfill the vows of the ocean of mothers and sisters, This supreme medicine, the samaya substance of the five nectars, I offer and present to the powerful Hayagriva and his retinue, May they be pleased and grant accomplishments! Om Ah Hum Maha Sarva Pancha Amrita La Kha Ram Khahi! (藏文，梵文天城体，Om Ah Hum Maha Sarva Pancha Amrita La Kha Ram Khahi，Om Ah Hum, great, all, five nectars, may there be joy!) Hūṃ! In a vessel equal to the three thousand worlds, samsara and nirvana, Filled with the unsurpassed essence-torma of causes, conditions, and qualities, Covered with five meats, white offerings, and a red canopy, Possessing the power of medicine and all qualities, I offer this rich essence to the powerful assembly of deities, Please accept this offering to subdue the three realms! Idam Balimta La Kha Ram Khahi! (藏文，梵文天城体，idam balimta la kha ram khahi，This offering, may there be joy!) Hūṃ! In a great conch shell, filled with great red radiance, Based on the twelve links of dependent origination, the substance of existence, Including human flesh, lotus, and the heart's blood of Rudra (Sanskrit: Rudra, Shiva), To subdue, to slay those who break vows, Please partake of this to empty the three realms of samsara! Maha Rakta La Kha Ram Khahi! (藏文，梵文天城体，maha rakta la kha ram khahi，Great blood, may there be joy!) Thus offer. Then, praise: First, praise the five-faced deity generated from oneself, with the lineage's intention, body, speech, and mind: Hūṃ! Protector of beings, like a vajra, comprehending the nature of reality, inseparable like space. The essence of speech, supreme of the lotus family, colored like sindhura (Sanskrit: Sindhura, a red pigment), gone to bliss. Powerful wrathful one, cutting off the five poisons, like a wheel, the body of great bliss. Diligent in benefiting beings, possessing bodhicitta, a mind like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Destroying the armies of demons, the magical dancer, supreme horse king. I prostrate and praise the ocean of ornaments of empowerment, supreme bestowal, and great secret! Thus praise. Then, praise the root deities and mandala in order with short verses: Hūṃ! Supreme power, majestic, wrathful king, Hayagriva's form. To subdue the arrogant, manifesting as a wrathful body. Five bodies are the essence of five wisdoms, five horse heads. Three faces devour the three realms, Nine eyes suppress the earth, eyeballs rolling red. Ears roar like a thousand dragons, hail falling fiercely. Windstorms swirl from the nostrils, wrathful small Samaya (Sanskrit: Samaya, vow).
