The root and branches of body, speech, and mind, as well as qualities and activities, all broken vows, sins, faults, and errors, I confess with offerings of food and enjoyment. Please accept my confession and forgive me, and please fulfill the profound vows of body, speech, and mind. Fulfill the vows with the clarity of wisdom of view, fulfill the vows with meditation free from distraction, fulfill the vows with conduct merged into asceticism, fulfill the vows with the realization of the Buddha's enlightenment. Fulfill the vows, grant the pure accomplishment! The final destruction and offering: First, summon and stabilize, then destroy: Hūṃ! I am the powerful Padma Heruka, my right hand raises the iron hook of summoning towards the ten directions, my left hand pierces the enemy's heart with the phurba. Destroy the hateful enemies and harmful demons, as well as the evil spirits and ghosts that create obstacles, crush them into dust, liberate them into the Dharmadhatu! Cut off the root of Rudra's five aggregates of five poisons! Enemies, demons, evil spirits, Śatrūṃ Māraya Phaṭ (शात्रुं मारय फट, Destroy the enemy, strike!) Destroy with the activity mantra! Then offer: Hūṃ! Please enjoy, Padma Heruka! And the assembly of powerful peaceful and wrathful deities! Offer the flesh, blood, and bones of the destroyed enemies and demons into your mouth, Kharaṃ Khāhe (खरं खाहे, Eat)! Infuse into your throat, Ā Ralli (आ रल्लि)! Please partake in the Dharmadhatu! Liberate in the state of equal wisdom! May ignorance and afflictions be eliminated! Guru Deva Ḍākinī (गुरु देव डाकिनी, Guru, Deva, Ḍākinī), Mahā Māṃsa la Khāhe (महा मांस ल खाहे, Eat the great flesh) of the enemies, demons, and vow-breakers! Mahā Rakta la Khāhe (महा रक्त ल खाहे, Eat the great blood)! Mahā Gorocanā la Khāhe (महा गोरोचना ल खाहे, Eat the great bezoar)! Mahā Citta la Khāhe (महा चित्त ल खाहे, Eat the great heart)! Mahā Basu ta la Khāhe (महा बसु त ल खाहे, Eat the great marrow)! Mahā Kimnari ta la Khāhe (महा किम्नरि त ल खाहे, Eat the great kinnara)! Offer fiercely! Then, the offering of leftovers: Oṃ Vajra Amrita Kuṇḍali Hana Hana Hūṃ Phaṭ (ओम् वज्र अम्रित कुण्डलि हन हन हुम् फट, Oṃ Vajra Amrita Kuṇḍali, strike, strike, Hūṃ Phaṭ!) Purify with three times! Then: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Ucchiṣṭa Balinta Bhakṣa Bhakṣa Ye Svāhā (ओम् आः हुम् उच्छिष्ट बलिन्त भक्ष भक्ष ये स्वाहा, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, eat the offered leftovers, eat, eat, Svāhā!) Dedicate with three times! Ḍākinīs, swift-goers, field protectors, subtle mothers, and the twenty-eight consorts of all the great gods. The thirty-two Ḍākinīs who destroy the evil ones, and the eighteen great Giṅs who liberate the great thousand worlds, and the seven powerful and arrogant mothers. And the four sisters who devour flesh and blood, the mute woman, the blind woman, the messengers, the emanated hosts, the Giṅs and the mistresses of the Laṅka charnel ground, and the eight Barmas who extract the hearts of those who harm, and the seventy-two protectors of the command, the inner and outer workers. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
