Sixty-four messengers, a million vast Ḍākinīs, countless hosts of Māmo, Pishācha, and flesh-eating demons, Yama, Rakshasa, Yaksha, and the eight classes of beings, the outer circle of protectors and messengers, their respective retinues, servants, and messengers, and the remnants of nectar perfected from the essence, please accept the oath-water connected to vows and life, proclaim the oath-words established by pledges and vows. Protectors and messengers, come hither, come hither! Please partake of these pledged substances and blazing nectar, and for the sake of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating activities, accomplish all that is entrusted! Oṃ Sarva Ḍāka Ḍākinī Loka Ucchiṣṭa Vajra Saṃbu Hur Baliṃ Ta Khā Hi! In this realm of the great yogic sovereign, on the arrangement of red and black crescent-shaped cushions, how the great flesh is piled up, the great blood is pooled like a sea, the new and old bones are heaped like mountains, the many Kapalas are stacked like hills, the great heart rolls like a precious egg, the smoke of great fat burns and rises, the great clouds of Gorochana (cow bezoar) gather densely, urine and feces drift like the wind, blood vessels are patterned like nets, large veins are dotted, small veins blaze like a grid, the joints of the limbs cover the ten directions like a wall, the sun and moon blaze with light, illuminating the ten directions, and the great flesh lamps dispel the darkness of ignorance. In this supreme charnel ground that blazes, for the sake of subduing all enemies and obstacles, I invite all the deities of the Hayagrīva (Tibetan: རྟ་མགྲིན་，Sanskrit: हयग्रीव，Sanskrit Romanization: Hayagrīva，Literal meaning: Horse Neck) Mandala, please consider with great compassion and come hither! With the dance that subdues the armies of demons, utter the sound that destroys the three realms! Great Wrathful King, your time has come, accomplish the activity of subduing all enemies and obstacles! Hūṃ! The body of great desire, primordially pure, In the mandala of the lotus-radiant consort, arise as the form of the terrifying Heruka (Tibetan: ཧེ་རུ་ཀ，Sanskrit: हेरुक，Sanskrit Romanization: Heruka，Literal meaning: Blood Drinker), with the river of awareness and Bodhicitta, arouse the commitment of the lotus sovereign, increase the pride of the hosts of deities, accumulate the merit of yogis and yoginis, and for the sake of subduing the Nāgas and the malicious, with great wrath, slay the enemies of the teachings! Bhyo! The solitary-haired enchantress who liberates the three realms, in the expanse of E (Tibetan: ཨེ་，Sanskrit: ए，Sanskrit Romanization: E，Literal meaning: Seed Syllable), unites Saṃsāra and Nirvāṇa, liberating mother, your time has come, slay the enemies and obstacles of the yogi's teachings, and accomplish the activity of purifying Saṃsāra from its root!
