Secondly, the empowerment of great secret wisdom includes four categories. The first is the giving of the vase empowerment. Please proceed with the visualizations in sequence. Having said that, the assistant raises the vase in front. The master visualizes the complete mandala clearly within the vase in an instant. He performs a condensed version of the offerings and praises mentioned during the preliminary preparations. Joining his palms, he recites: Om! Bhagavan, God of Wisdom, Great Compassion, please listen! For the sake of liberating us, please grant the supreme empowerment of accomplishment! Having made this request, he contemplates that the Bhagavan smiles as a sign of granting permission. Again, offering with argham (藏文：ཨརྒྷཾ，梵文天城体：अर्घं，梵文罗马拟音：arghaṃ，供水) etc., light radiates from the deity of the vase, inviting all the Sugatas (Buddhas) of the ten directions, including Amitabha (无量光佛), and they dissolve into the deity of the vase, transforming into light, becoming the nectar of wisdom. The master himself instantly visualizes as Bhagavan Amitabha, performing the activity of empowerment. Visualize yourselves as white and clear, single-faced, four-armed Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara (观世音菩萨), fully adorned, receiving the empowerments in sequence. Placing the vase on the crown of the head, he recites: Hum! Supreme nectar that quickly removes obscurations, by the empowerment of the wisdom vase, the defilements abiding in the three doors (body, speech, and mind) are completely removed, becoming the basis of all qualities, may you obtain the empowerment of pure wisdom! Namo Ratna Trayaya (藏文：ན་མོ་རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ，梵文天城体：नमोरत्नत्रयाय，梵文罗马拟音：namo ratna trayāya，I take refuge in the Three Jewels). This is the supreme and glorious bath, the water of compassion is unsurpassed, with the water of blessing and wisdom, may you grant the desired accomplishments! He has the disciple drink three sips. Secondly, the first of the four empowerments that rely on external substances is the empowerment of the Mudra deity. The second wisdom body emanates from the mandala deity, entering the crown of your heads, abiding in the places of the body, purifying the obscurations of the body. Visualize the aggregates and elements clearly and completely as the palace of the deity.
