Visualize that in your own hearts there is a white letter Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ). Imagine that from the heart of the master, rays of light like iron hooks emanate, shining upon the parents and three sons of the Lord of the World (འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་, Avalokiteśvara), and from the hearts of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, rays of wisdom light, white and dazzling, like the rays of the sun, enter your hearts. After the six-syllable mantra (ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ), add 'Jñāna āveśaya ā āḥ (ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱ༔)', and recite it while offering incense and playing music. Then, circumambulate the mandala three times, and enter from the east gate. With great reverence, prostrate to the deity you see, join your palms at the three places (forehead, throat, heart), and repeat after me: Homage to the Buddha (ན་མོ་བུདྡྷཱ་ཡ༔, namo buddhāya), Homage to the Dharma (ན་མོ་དྷརྨཱ་ཡ༔, namo dharmāya), Homage to the Sangha (ན་མོ་སངྒྷཱ་ཡ༔, namo saṃghāya), Homage to Lokiteśvara (ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀི་ཤྭ་ར་ཡ༔, namo lokiśvarāya). (Repeat three times) With the flowers offered earlier, with a sincere heart to offer to the deity, follow and recite the following and scatter the flowers: Hoḥ (ཧོ༔)! This precious garland of flowers, is the wisdom deity of past practice, for the great lord who benefits beings, please compassionately accept! Oṃ Pratīccha Hoḥ (ཨོཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཧོ༔, oṃ pratīccha hoḥ)! Scatter the flowers in the center of the mandala. Visualize that from the heart of the master, rays of wisdom light like golden needles emerge, removing your veils of ignorance along with the blindfold. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ༔)! Just as an ophthalmologist removes cataracts, similarly, I will remove the cataracts of ignorance from you children. Oṃ Jñāna Cakṣuḥ Praveśaya Phaṭ (ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཙཀྵུཿཔྲ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔, oṃ jñāna cakṣuḥ praveśaya phaṭ)! Remove the veil. Visualize that after removing the blindfold, you have obtained the pure wisdom eye, and you see the mandala including the main deity and the retinue as they are, and generate devotion and reverence. Hoḥ (ཧོ༔)! Look at this beautiful mandala! Now generate great faith! This is your Yidam, so always be inseparable from the Yidam! All worldly and transcendental accomplishments come from this. O you, your secret name is 'The Compassionate Lord Who Subdues Beings'. Place the crown offered earlier on your head, and visualize the deity dissolving into your head. Oṃ Pratigṛhṇa Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་པྲ་ཏི་གྲྀཧྞ་ཧཱུྃ༔, oṃ prati gṛhṇa hūṃ)! Please listen to this pure description of the mandala seen in this way! Emaho (ཨེ་མ་ཧོཿ)! Wonderful! This wonderful mandala, is true and not false, the palace is round and swirling, it is the Dharmadhatu free from elaboration, abiding in the form of the wisdom deity, the Dharmadhatu and wisdom are inseparable, the red lotus is undefiled speech, the six-syllable mantra is the essence. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

金刚之声，光环乃是五种殊胜智慧， 八瓣莲花，八尊眷属之神。 外院四门，象征四种事业。 宝瓶清净一切垢染。 胜幢斩断一切违逆。 五种广大的班智达， 功德增长，黄色法衣。 以方便与智慧之网相连。 无执的受用，红色欲妙。 无杂的五法，白色箭羽。 大悲的化现，达茹嘎木。 世俗的方便，颅骨器。 胜义的不变，绿松石栋梁。 具足四乘的马厩， 化身成就，红色莲花。 报身法轮，增长黄色。 法身无垢，白伞庇护。 法界普周乃净室， 法界本初，中央高耸。 法身无有分别念， 为利他故，珍宝殊胜。 非为造作且不变异， 下方基石，种种金刚。 为舍弃不顺的三毒故， 身语意之围墙环绕。 安乐生起，莲花之鬘。 鲜花金刚，围墙之外， 种种化身，白色须弥山。 无有遮蔽，光明乃智慧， 不可思议，无量宫法界。 内外器情皆清净， 非为实物亦非虚无。 非为恒常亦非断灭。 虽无而显，乃缘起法， 犹如空中之彩虹显现。 彩虹显现，缘起于因缘， 观待而生，乃是法性。 大悲之坛城亦是， 以信心之力为缘起。 从慈悲之光中，坛城显现。 于未度化众生之前， 菩提心之光明照耀。 具信一切诸有情， 安置于菩提道之境。 度化众生事业圆满时， 诸法皆归法性莲花中。 收摄融入无量光， 从显现中而证菩提， 诸子当生胜信心。 如是彼等入法十五支已成就。入已 为求现前灌顶，献曼扎。 合掌，随我念诵： 吽！世间怙主，祈请垂念！ 轮回苦海无边际， 沉溺于此，祈请救护！ 身语意三，远离诸垢， 为得圆满正觉果， 祈请赐予殊胜灌顶！' （念诵三遍）如是祈请之后，依次授予诸灌顶。灌顶分为正行灌顶与支分随许及立誓两部分。灌顶正行又分为：具足功德之宝瓶灌顶，外在所依之四种灌顶，内在三摩地所依之灌顶。

The sound of the Vajra, the halo is the five supreme wisdoms, Eight-petaled lotus, eight attendant deities. Outer courtyard with four gates, symbolizing four activities. The vase purifies all defilements. The victory banner cuts through all opposition. The five great Paṇḍitas, Merit increases, yellow dharma robe. Connected by the net of skillful means and wisdom. Unattached enjoyment, red desirable qualities. Unmixed five dharmas, white arrow feather. Manifestation of great compassion, Daru wood. Mundane skillful means, skull cup. Ultimate unchanging, turquoise pillar. Stable for horses with four vehicles, Emanation body accomplishment, red lotus. Enjoyment body Dharma wheel, increasing yellow. Dharma body without defilement, white umbrella protects. The all-pervading Dharmadhatu is the pure chamber, The Dharmadhatu is primordial, the center is high. The Dharma body has no conceptual thought, For the benefit of others, precious and excellent. Uncreated and unchanging, The foundation below is various Vajras. To abandon the three poisons that are not in harmony, Surrounded by the walls of body, speech, and mind. Happiness arises, a garland of lotuses. Flowers and Vajras, outside the walls, Various emanation bodies, white Mount Meru. Without obscuration, clarity is wisdom, Inconceivable, immeasurable palace of Dharmadhatu. The inner and outer vessels are completely pure, It is neither a real thing nor non-existent. It is neither permanent nor annihilated. Although non-existent, it appears, it is interdependent, Like a rainbow appearing in the sky. The rainbow appears, arising from causes and conditions, Appearing in dependence, it is the nature of Dharma. The mandala of great compassion is also, With the power of faith as interdependence. From the light of compassion, the mandala appears. Until the beings to be tamed are not exhausted, The light of the mind of enlightenment shines. All sentient beings with faith, Are placed in the state of the path of enlightenment. When the work of taming beings is completed, All dharmas return to the lotus of Dharma nature. Gathering and merging into infinite light, Enlightenment is attained from manifestation, All sons, generate great faith. Thus, they have accomplished the fifteen branches of entering the Dharma. Having entered, To request the empowerment, offer the maṇḍala. Join your palms and repeat after me: Ho! Lord of the world, please listen! In the endless ocean of samsara, Drowning, please protect me! Body, speech, and mind, free from all defilements, To attain the perfect enlightenment, Please bestow the supreme empowerment!' (Repeat three times) After praying in this way, the empowerments are bestowed in order. The empowerment is divided into two parts: the main empowerment and the subsequent permission and vows.
