I, human flesh, plus the five meats (Tibetan: ཤ་ལྔ་, five types of meat), along with stalactite (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཟིལ་པ་), red dye (Tibetan: དམར་རྩི་), feces (Tibetan: དྲི་ཆེན་), urine (Tibetan: དྲི་ཆུ་), bone marrow oil (Tibetan: རྐང་མར་), etc., the five amritas, these are equivalent to one-tenth of the base; mercury (Tibetan: དངུལ་ཆུ་), sandalwood (Tibetan: ཙན་དན་), Ceylon cinnamon (Tibetan: སིཧླ་), musk (Tibetan: གླ་རྩི་), camphor (Tibetan: ག་པུར་), pearl (Tibetan: མུ་ཟི་), gugul (Tibetan: གུ་གུལ་), lead (Tibetan: གི་ཝཾ་), lychee (Tibetan: ལི་ཤི་), Kashmiri saffron (Tibetan: ཁ་ཆེ་), nutmeg (Tibetan: ཛཱ་ཏི་), and three hot herbs, these are equivalent to one-tenth of the former amount; the same amount of haritaki (Tibetan: ཨ་རུ་ར་) ground into powder, mixed with ghee and honey, made into small pills, blessed, and taken in the morning with cold midstream urine, one pill on the first day, two pills on the second day, and so on, increasing one pill each day until the fifteenth; starting from the first day of the waning moon, decreasing one pill each day until the thirtieth day, taking one pill. Continuing this for one year can eliminate diseases caused by imbalances, such as diphtheria; eliminate diseases caused by evil spirits, such as leprosy; eliminate wind diseases caused by depletion of meridians, and various obstacles. It can make the body beautiful, the meridians invisible, the strength immense, the complexion radiant, the body as light as a swallow, the voice melodious, effortlessly generate samadhi, and live to three hundred years. If one takes it with one's own warm amrita (semen) and cold urine, continuing for one year with perseverance, one can obtain the same benefits as before. The third is the secret essence extraction: sit upright in the vajra posture, keep the neck slightly bent, curl the tongue back to touch the uvula, visualize oneself as Amitayus (Tibetan: ཚེ་དབང་མགོན་པོ), with a white 'ཧཾ' (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanization: haṃ, meaning: seed syllable) on the crown of the head, pointing downwards; a white 'སུཾ' (Tibetan: སུཾ, No Sanskrit equivalent, meaning: seed syllable) at the tip of the uvula; a white 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, meaning: seed syllable) in the heart, all clear, transparent, and constantly dripping; a red 'ཨ' (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanization: a, meaning: seed syllable) in the navel, visualize it as a burning flame. Then, by moving the downward-moving air, the 'ཨ' in the navel generates heat from the wind and fire, burning the 'ཧཱུྃ' in the heart; its power burns the 'སུཾ' in the uvula; its power burns the 'ཧཾ' on the crown of the head, visualize it melting into the essence of bliss, like mercury pouring down. Slightly suppress the upward-moving air, the 'སུཾ' in the uvula drips immortal nectar, flowing like milk into the 'ཧཱུྃ' in the heart; the power of the 'ཧཱུྃ' greatly increases, filling the meridians of the heart with the essence of nectar, turning them white, feeling the senses all slightly swaying, and the body filled with nectar. Thus, through the propulsion of the wind and heat in the navel, the letters above are constantly moving, visualize the 'སུཾ' in the uvula constantly dripping immortal nectar, then curl the tongue back and swallow slowly. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Suck on the uvula, sucking as much nectar as desired, and bind the sucking and swallowing with the wind energy. Furthermore, when midnight arrives, maintain the binding of the wind energy and visualize that from the crown of the head descends the immortal nectar of all the Buddhas, white and clear like milk, entering from all the channels, gradually filling from the soles of the feet to the crown of the head, and recite the mantra Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,Hūṃ,seed syllable, representing the wisdom of the Buddha). Finally, pour your own urine into an iron bowl or a new earthenware bowl, add equal parts of the five meats and three fruits, and one-sixth part of iron powder, mix and mash with a little urine, then mix with the vajra essence and red saffron of a pure person, place it in a white iron container, and boil it in the previous urine from the third watch of midnight until sunrise. Visualize the nectar of the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas, white, red, and blue, clear and bright, dissolving into it, and recite Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,oṃ āḥ hūṃ,Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ,body, speech, and mind) a hundred times, etc., press the thumb of the right hand on the little finger, extend the remaining three fingers, and place them above the container, reciting the root mantra and the hundred-syllable mantra three times, visualizing it as immortal nectar. Mix this nectar with three portions of yogurt and three mouthfuls of pure woman's breast milk, fill a container and stir it before going to bed, and drink it continuously for six months, the body will become radiant, the senses will become sharp, youth will be restored, the body will become as indestructible as a vajra, and effortless samādhi will arise in the mindstream, quickly realizing the highest truth and attaining the immortal life-sustaining vidyādhara. During all times of taking essence, the foods to be avoided are overly salty foods, wild garlic, rotten meat, sour wine, and rough foods. The behaviors to be avoided are being scorched by fire and sunlight, sleeping during the day, and strenuous activities that cause sweating. The foods to rely on are soft, nourishing, oily, and warm meats, etc. The behaviors to rely on are a slow, relaxed, and carefree body, speech, and mind, free from suffering.
