观想脐间明亮清澈的光，由此生起的五轮如伞骨般舒展。顶轮有甘露明点“ཧཾ”（藏文，हं，haṃ，种子字），白色、清澈且滴落。心间有不坏的明点“ཧྲཱིཿ”（藏文，ह्रीः，hrīḥ，种子字），红色、明亮且闪耀。脐间观想拙火明点“ཨཱཿ”（藏文，आः，āḥ，种子字），红色、炽热且燃烧。以手印和肢体舒适地拥抱，上下之门闭合，金刚竖立且稳固，缓慢地搅动和运动。因欲乐之风鼓动脐间的“ཨཱཿ”字，由此生起的火焰如闪电般闪烁明亮，触及所有脉管中的明点，特别是触及顶轮的“ཧཾ”，放射出极其明亮的光芒，汇集轮回与涅槃的一切寿命精华，融入“ཧཾ”中。“ཧཾ”中流出菩提心如水流，充满顶轮脉轮，安住于喜乐之中。同样，将心融入喉咙和心间的胜喜和殊胜喜乐中，菩提心不断地从中脉流下，伴随着声音落入短“ཨ”之火中，观想其融化、沸腾，并将心融入俱生喜乐的智慧中。此时，观想手印莲花中所有寿命本尊清晰显现，以大乐供养，令其非常满足和喜悦，处于平等结合之中。从结合之处和手中的宝瓶中，降下清澈的不死甘露，通过金刚道，以自身“ཧཱུྃ”（藏文，हुं，hūṃ，种子字）的结合引导，以手印“ཕཊ”（藏文，फट्，phaṭ，断除）的结合供养，引导至脐间的火焰中，如前一般伴随着声音沸腾融化，以融化的精华，通过四喜次第引导一切寿命精华，将不坏的不死甘露精华融入心间的“ཧྲཱིཿ”中，一心安住于此，进行意念诵持。如此反复进行，在座间休息时，手印化为光，融入密处本尊。这些都融入清净的明点，化为不死甘露的精华，通过金刚道融化并引导至脐间的火焰中，并与心间的明点融合。对于此，降临、引导、靠近和融合等，应熟练掌握方便道的要诀。以此，将世俗的明点与贪欲一同转化为无贪欲，融化调伏，使精华转化为力量，由此增上和稳固胜义菩提心，从而证得无漏智慧，成就无死虹身大迁转。

Visualize a clear and bright light in the navel center, from which the five chakras arise, expanding like the ribs of an umbrella. In the crown chakra, there is a nectar bindu 'ཧཾ' (Tibetan, हं, haṃ, seed syllable), white, clear, and dripping. In the heart center, there is an indestructible bindu 'ཧྲཱིཿ' (Tibetan, ह्रीः, hrīḥ, seed syllable), red, bright, and radiant. In the navel center, visualize the tummo bindu 'ཨཱཿ' (Tibetan, आः, āḥ, seed syllable), red, hot, and blazing. Embrace comfortably with mudras and limbs, closing the upper and lower doors, making the vajra erect and stable. Slowly churn and move, and as the wind of desire stirs the 'ཨཱཿ' in the navel, the flames that arise from it flash and shine like lightning, touching the bindus in all the channels, especially touching the 'ཧཾ' in the crown chakra, radiating extremely bright light, gathering all the life essence of samsara and nirvana, and merging into the 'ཧཾ'. From the 'ཧཾ', bodhicitta flows like a stream, filling the crown chakra, and abide in bliss. Similarly, blend the mind with the supreme joy and special joy in the throat and heart, and as the bodhicitta flows continuously down the central channel, accompanied by sound, it falls into the short 'ཨ' fire, visualizing it melting and bubbling, and blend the mind with the innate joy of wisdom. At this time, visualize all the life deities clearly appearing in the lotus of the mudra, offering them the great bliss, making them very satisfied and joyful, and being in equal union. From the union and the vase in the hand, clear, immortal nectar descends, guiding it through the vajra path with the union of one's own 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan, हुं, hūṃ, seed syllable), offering it with the union of the mudra 'ཕཊ' (Tibetan, फट्, phaṭ, cutting), guiding it to the fire in the navel, as before, bubbling and melting with sound, and with the melting essence, guiding all the life essence through the four joys in sequence, merging the indestructible immortal nectar essence into the 'ཧྲཱིཿ' in the heart, focusing the mind on this one-pointedly, and performing mental recitation. Repeat this again and again, and during the session breaks, the mudra dissolves into light and merges into the deities of the secret place. These all merge into the pure bindu, transforming into the essence of immortal nectar, melting and guiding it through the vajra path to the fire in the navel, and blending it with the bindu in the heart. For this, descending, guiding, approaching, and merging, etc., one should become familiar with the key points of the path of means. Will ultimately attain Bodhi. The practice method of desire, bliss-emptiness, and longevity, condensed into a secret essence, is complete! Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Retrieved by Rigdzin Terdag Lingpa from the Chakra of Dechen Yeshe at Sha'ug Taggo. Now, from the Profound Path, the Gathering of All Sugatas: The Three Aspects of Deathless Elixir are presented. I prostrate to the deity of longevity, Sugata! For the yogis of this path, in order to eliminate untimely death and other adverse conditions, to enhance Samadhi, to generate the qualities of realization, and to accomplish an immortal body, it is essential to practice the elixir. Here, three types of elixir are taught. First, the external substance elixir: Three fruits (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki) in equal parts, plus half the amount of Hand Palm Ginseng, pomegranate seeds, and three substances with nectar-like radiance in equal parts, plus half the amount of Awa root, snake meat, and magpie meat in equal parts, plus half the amount of Nalesham, Six Good Medicines, and rock honey in equal parts, plus half the amount of cinnabar, Kivang, and Rhododendron in equal parts, grind these into powder, add one bre of butter, three bre of milk, and one small bowl of water, mix and cook over appropriate heat. First, the water evaporates, then the milk evaporates, and finally, the essence of the butter remains, plus the essence of non-toxic honey and white sugar, all three in equal parts, mix with the previous medicinal powder, stir and make into nectar pills, bless them, and take two spoons each morning. This will eliminate diseases caused by imbalances in the body, make the body healthy, and one will live for three hundred years. Alternatively, take Hand Palm Ginseng and the three fruits in equal parts, mix with butter and honey essence, and consume for three months. This will clear diseases and turn white hair black. Sustaining for six months will make the voice melodious and the body full of vitality. Sustaining for nine months will grant a beautiful body and speed of mind.
