The complete bestowal of the four empowerments of the Great Compassionate One is as follows: with elaboration, without elaboration, secret empowerment, and the introduction to the words of wisdom and primordial awareness. First, the preliminaries have three parts: recitation practice, gathering materials, and the specifics of drawing and consecrating the mandala.
