Absence of acceptance and rejection is great bliss; may the realization beyond mind and intellect arise! Om Ah Hum Hrih, Om Mani Padme Hum! All appearances are emptiness, the body of the Buddha; all sounds are empty sounds, the speech of Dharma; all thoughts are bliss and emptiness, the mind of wisdom; may we attain the non-dual peaceful wisdom! Om Ah Hum Hrih, Om Mani Padme Hum! This is the essence of all activity practices, so it can be used as a daily practice, and also for the subsequent stages of retreat practice. If you are doing a condensed activity, this ritual is not needed, and you can go directly to the recitation after the praise. When reciting, visualize the three places of yourself and the deities of the mandala, and on the lotus and moon seat in your heart, visualize the 'Hrih' (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih) syllable, surrounded by the six-syllable mantra. After reciting it ten million times, radiate light, pleasing the Buddhas, inspiring their vows, purifying the sins and obscurations of sentient beings, and subduing them, transforming into the body of the Great Compassionate One. The light is gathered back, and you firmly believe that you have obtained both common and supreme accomplishments. The method of Vajra recitation is to visualize the three seed syllables when inhaling, the 'Hrih' (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih) syllable when holding, and the six-syllable mantra when exhaling. This is the method of supreme accomplishment, so recite it immeasurably. After the recitation, make offerings with Argham etc., and praise with verses such as 'Hrih! The Dharmadhatu pervades the sky'. 'Hrih! In the expanse of Dharmadhatu, manifesting according to the needs of those to be tamed, cutting through the net of afflictions with the Dharma wheel, for the benefit of all sentient beings, may the vows be constantly guarded, may the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful be spontaneously accomplished!' Recite: 'Karma Sarva Siddhi Kuru Svaha' (Tibetan: ཀརྨ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: कर्म सर्व सिद्धि कुरु स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: karma sarva siddhi kuru svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Action, All, Accomplishment, Do, Svaha!) to make the request. Third, the yoga of contemplating the completion stage will be explained at the time of the concluding remarks. Second, the ritual for breaks between sessions is divided into two parts: the main practice and the subsequent activities. First, offer the Torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ།, Literal Chinese Meaning: Offering cake) to the Three Roots (Guru, Yidam, and Protector) and the Earth Protector, either as a common offering or as individual offerings. Prepare the Tsog (gathering) offerings, and place a skull cup (Tibetan: བནྡྷ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बन्ध, Sanskrit Romanization: bandha, Literal Chinese Meaning: Bond) filled with alcohol in front of you. First, dispel the obstacles, as in the preliminary boundary cutting ritual. Then, bless the nectar and offerings: 'Hum Hrih, from the heart of the self-arisen deity, Rang Yam Kham, purify the faults and defects of the Tsog, free from faults and defects, endowed with good qualities, Rang Yam Kham, Om Ah Hum.' Recite seven times, stirring the nectar with the left ring finger. Visualize yourself as the deity, with a blue 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) syllable radiating light from your heart, a red 'Ah' (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ah) syllable, and a white 'Om' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om) syllable, dissolving into the nectar, everything is non-dual wisdom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
