English

Please inquire about the years (Lo-grangs zhu). Offerings to the Sangha and Lama ('Gro-ba dge-'dun bla-ma mchod). The key to grasping the essence of appearances is this: whatever arises in the six consciousnesses towards the six objects, whether good or bad, examine the arising, abiding, and ceasing of the one who perceives. With self-born, self-manifest, and self-purified awareness, remember without distraction, and sever the rope of grasping and the grasped from its root. Sharpen awareness, practice asceticism, and cut off the delusion of appearances spreading. Fearlessly knead and ignite the fire of experience. The key to grasping the Dakini (mKha'-'gro) is this: afterwards, go to the charnel ground and draw the mandala for practice according to the scriptures. Arrange the samaya substances and all offerings, and enter into the glorious attire of a yogi. Wear the shroud upside down, and consume the five nectars as food, with the three heroes of the generation stage as the foundation. Within the womb of a beautiful young woman, there is a wheel of essential points, reciting mantras. On pure white silk, write with menstrual blood and vermillion, and place it inside upside down. Wrap it in a shroud, called the 'Nal-bu' package. Tie the field's rope to the mouth, and wrap and secure it around the head. Circle the mandala and practice asceticism. Beat the skull drum and recite this mantra. Recite the male seed syllable ten times: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Mani Padme Hum (藏文:མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:मणि पद्मे हुं,梵文罗马拟音:maṇi padme hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嘛呢呗美吽). Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) Dza Ha Sva Mana Ye Gha Ma Dhu (Tibetan transliteration). Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Sarva Dakini Dza Khra Tsitta Gya (Tibetan transliteration). Srog Khri Khra Ma Hur Thum Dza Sa Ni Ri Ha Sa Ma Ya Ru Tri Hrih Dza (Tibetan transliteration). Ya Hri Tsa Ra Ru Tri Sa Ma Ya Hrih Dza (Tibetan transliteration). Dakini Dakini Rig Rig (Tibetan transliteration). Jnyo Kini Jnyo Kini Ghas Ghas (Tibetan transliteration). Tista Tista (Tibetan transliteration). Bandha Bandha (Tibetan transliteration). Ha Ha Hum Hum Phet Phet (Tibetan transliteration). Recite the ninety syllables intensely. From the seed syllable in my heart, emanate male and female seed syllables, which transform into heroes and heroines. All sing and dance, beat drums and leap, proclaiming their own mantras. Such emanations fill the outer and inner worlds, making buzzing, rustling, and muffled sounds. Although it appears so, it is the nature of mind itself, self-born, self-pacified, and self-liberated. Thus, complete each session, and in the morning, perform the pacifying fire puja; at noon, perform the increasing fire puja; in the evening, offer the torma to the Dakinis; at midnight, perform the tsok khorlo; at dawn, make supplications and offer the remaining food. Practice the realization of non-duality and complete liberation. If you practice four sessions in this way, when signs and warmth arise, obtain accomplishments and dissolve the mandala. How to place the wheel of essential points? Also place it in the shroud package. When dwelling, make offerings; when walking, carry it. Thus, the Dakini follows like a shadow. Supreme and common (mChog dang thun). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
