By the power of the truthful vows of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, in this place where offerings are gathered, may the perfectly enlightened teacher, the protector Amitabha (Infinite Light), and all the Tathagatas (Thus-Gone Ones) of the ten directions and three times, together with their retinues, assemble here. May they accept the offerings and bless the recitation of the mantras to be accomplished as it should be. May immeasurable benefit be brought to myself and many other beings. May the light radiating from the body of the Tathagata Amitabha (Infinite Light) and his retinue pervade all realms of the world. May it inspire all noble beings to work for the benefit of sentient beings, purify all states of suffering, and lead all sentient beings to the states of higher realms and liberation. May this light pervade us, enabling us to accomplish immeasurable benefit for beings, and may we become one with the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagatas. May all these rays of light gather together and pervade the vase of nectar, becoming a nectar purifier that pacifies all unfavorable conditions with just a touch, and increases glory and well-being. May it pervade the bodies, retinues, and possessions of myself and other practitioners, removing all illnesses and harms, freeing us from all defects of body and mind, and making us suitable vessels for the Dharma. May we visualize the noble beings as if they were directly present, and by reciting the mantras, may we realize and be blessed with the various gates of Samadhi (meditative absorption) and the infinite words of the Tathagatas and their retinues. By dedicating with truthful words, may the noble beings grant their blessings and manifest as we have dedicated. The visualization for the recitation is as follows: ‘From my heart, light radiates, inspiring the hearts of the Buddhas and their retinues. By the compassionate light of these beings, may all the obscurations of myself and other beings be purified, and may we be endowed with the causes, results, and vessels for being born in the Pure Land of Sukhavati (Land of Bliss).’ Recite and contemplate in this way. Recite as much as possible ‘Om Padma Dhāri Hūṃ (藏文:ༀ་པདྨ་དྷཱ་རི་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओँ पद्म धारि हुं,梵文罗马拟音:Om Padma Dhāri Hūṃ,莲花持有者 嗡)’, and also recite the Dharani of Anusmriti (Remembrance) of Amitabha (Infinite Light), as it is said: ‘Tadyatha. Amite. Amitodbhave. Amita Sambhave. Amita Vikrante Gamini. Gagana Kirti Kare. Sarva Klesha Kshayam Kari Svaha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)’. Recite this mantra as much as possible. Especially focusing on the vase, again, by invoking the vows of the deities, may the light emanating from all parts of their bodies shine upon the water in the vase. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Universally endowed with the power to perfect the activity of the Buddha. Saying this, contemplate and recite the essence and dharani as much as possible. Third, regarding the arrangement of the pure land: 'Hold the mind one-pointedly, generate devotion.' And from the sutra: 'Some sentient beings, if they repeatedly remember the Thus-gone ones, generate many immeasurable roots of virtue, dedicate their minds to enlightenment, and make aspirations to be born in that world, then these, at the time of death, the Thus-gone, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha, Amitabha, will be surrounded by many assemblies of monks and will be present before them. When they see the Bhagavan Amitabha, they will pass away with a very joyful mind and be born in that very world of Sukhavati.' Therefore, if you are enthusiastic and capable, you should read the sutra that clearly explains the arrangement of Amitabha's pure land, which is endowed with clarity, pleasantness, and audibility, and focus your mind on its meaning. In any case, remember the wonders of the arrangement of Sukhavati, the aspirations and prayers of the Protector Amitabha, and the liberation of the assembly of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble beings of the retinue, so that the hairs of the body stand on end and tears flow from the eyes, etc., generating a sense of devotion, which is the beginning of faith. Wishing that oneself and all sentient beings be born in such a pure land is the faith of desire. Never changing one's mind about this, dedicating all the roots of virtue accumulated in the three times as the cause for being born in Sukhavati is the irreversible faith. Strongly generate the faith of wanting and trusting, and focus the mind one-pointedly on the arrangement of the pure land, including the support and the supported, which is the actual object of the pure land practice, so it is very important to leave a firm habit. Making aspirations: The third is making aspirations. The scripture says: 'All roots of virtue, dedicate as the cause of being born in that realm, make vast pure aspirations.' Therefore, dedicate all the roots of virtue generated from the three actions of accumulation, purification, and increase done in one sitting, as well as all the roots of virtue accumulated in the three times, so that all sentient beings, self and others, may be born in the realm of Sukhavati. Thinking in this way, connect again with prostrations, offerings, etc., and make aspirations. In the dedication text, it says: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
