The Lord of Sukhavati (བདེ་ལྡན་ཞིང་གི་བདག་པོ་, referring to Amitabha), Becoming inseparable and one, like water merging with water (དབྱེར་མེད་རོ་གཅིག་པ་ཆུ་ཆུ་དང་མཉམ་པ་བཞིན་ཏུ་གྱུར་ནས), performing activities such as turning the wheel of Dharma for those to be tamed. Thinking that his activities are vast, pervading the sky, and continuous, and abiding in this state, is holding the pride of not needing to learn the path; this is the fifth session of Dharma. The latter two sessions of Dharma are for the complete path, so they are placed after the previous ones, with the aspiration for the result, increasing the seeds of special qualities. The above is the practice of entering the path of the pāramitās, in accordance with the outer tantras, which is the first stage of taking the practice of the generation stage as the path. Next, the second general meaning is about the practice of longevity and immeasurable light wisdom. At the beginning of a session, generate refuge and bodhicitta as before, and focus on the visualization of the seven-branch offering. Finally, all the objects of refuge merge into the root guru. Visualize the guru transforming into the manifestation body of Amitabha (འོད་དཔག་མེད་, Amitabha, Immeasurable Light), descending and abiding on your crown, and recite the mantra of Amitabha, which is: Namo Ratna Trayaya, Nama Arya Amitabhaya, Tathagataya, Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya. དེ་ཡང་། ན་མོ་རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ། ན་མ་ཨཱཪྻ་ཨ་མི་ཏ་བྷཱ་ཡ། ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་ཡ། ཨརྷ་ཏེ་སམྱཀྶཾ་བུདྡྷཱ་ཡ། (Tibetan) nama ratna trayāya, nama ārya amitābhāya, tathāgatāya, arhate samyaksaṃbuddhāya (Sanskrit Devanagari), Namo Ratna Trayaya, Nama Arya Amitabhaya, Tathagataya, Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya (Sanskrit Romanization), Homage to the Triple Gem, Homage to the Noble Amitabha, Thus Gone, Worthy, Perfectly Awakened (Literal Chinese Translation) Tadyatha, Om Amite, Amitodbhave, Amita Sambhave, Amita Garbhe, Amita Siddhi, Amita Tejo, Amita Vikranta Gamine, Amita Gagana Kirti Kari, Amita Dundubhi Svare, Sarva Artha Sadhane, Sarva Karma Klesha Kshayam Kari Svaha. ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་ཏེ། ཨ་མི་ཏོདྦྷ་ཝེ། ཨ་མི་ཏ་སཾ་བྷ་ཝེ། ཨ་མི་ཏ་གརྦྷེ། ཨ་མི་ཏ་སིདྡྷི། ཨ་མི་ཏ་ཏེ་ཛོ། ཨ་མི་ཏ་བི་ཀྲཱནྟ་གཱ་མི་ནེ། ཨ་མི་ཏ་ག་ག་ན་ཀཱིརྟི་ཀཱ་རི། ཨ་མི་ཏ་དུནྡུ་བྷི་སྭ་རེ། སརྦ་ཨརྠ་སཱ་དྷ་ནེ། སརྦ་ཀརྨ་ཀླེ་ཤ་ཀྵ་ཡཾ་ཀ་རི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan) tadyathā, oṃ amite, amitodbhave, amita saṃbhave, amita garbhe, amita siddhi, amita tejo, amita vikrānta gāmine, amita gagana kīrti kāri, amita dundubhi svare, sarva artha sādhane, sarva karma kleśa kṣayaṃ kari svāhā (Sanskrit Devanagari), Tadyatha, Om Amite, Amitodbhave, Amita Sambhave, Amita Garbhe, Amita Siddhi, Amita Tejo, Amita Vikranta Gamine, Amita Gagana Kirti Kari, Amita Dundubhi Svare, Sarva Artha Sadhane, Sarva Karma Klesha Kshayam Kari Svaha (Sanskrit Romanization), Thus, Om, Immeasurable, Immeasurable Origin, Immeasurable Arising, Immeasurable Womb, Immeasurable Accomplishment, Immeasurable Radiance, Immeasurable Victorious Going, Immeasurable Sky Fame Maker, Immeasurable Drum Sound, Accomplishing All Purposes, Destroying All Karma and Afflictions Svaha (Literal Chinese Translation) Recite as clearly as possible, and a stream of nectar flows from the body of Amitabha, Descending on the crown of oneself and all sentient beings, washing the body, entering through the Brahma aperture, purifying the sins and obscurations accumulated by oneself and others since beginningless time, and all the flesh, blood, bones, and internal organs of one's body come out from the lower gate and sink to the ninth level of the earth, and visualize oneself as a flawless crystal ball. Furthermore, from the forehead, throat, heart, and navel of the guru, white, red, blue, and green rays of light emanate, merging into one's own four places, obtaining the four empowerments, Purifying the four obscurations, accomplishing the four paths, and obtaining the four kayas. Finally, the guru merges into oneself, and one's own body, speech, and mind are inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, and the mind abides in this state; this is the preliminary practice, which is the first session of Dharma. Next, the main practice is the three practices of generation, recitation, and completion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
