Gathers yakshas with arrow-banners and bells, The accomplishment of longevity... Karma Swift Mother, I praise you! Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ, बीज अक्षर) The one who guards the eastern gate of the mandala, Holding iron hooks and iron hook mothers, With a wrathful demeanor, holding the means of summoning, Subduing gods and demons, I praise you! Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ, बीज अक्षर) The one who guards the southern gate of the mandala, Holding lassos and lasso mothers, With a wrathful demeanor, binding, Subduing the Lord of Death and demons! Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ, बीज अक्षर) The one who guards the western gate of the mandala, Holding iron chains and iron chain mothers, With a wrathful demeanor, restraining, Subduing the demons of afflictions! (Bhrūṃ (བྲུྃ, बीज अक्षर)) Then, the confession is to be done: Ho! (ཧོཿ, विस्मयादिबोधक) Listen, Vajra Gods of Longevity! We, overcome by ignorance, From past kalpas until now, Whatever contradictions, errors, and impairments we have committed, we confess! Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, enter into the recitation: In the hearts of all the Longevity Gods, In the center of an eight-petaled lotus, In the middle, the size of a vajra to a mustard seed, On the sun, moon, and halved mustard seed, For the male deities, the syllable Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ, बीज अक्षर), For the female deities, the syllable Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, बीज अक्षर), Around them, written like hairs, The mantra circles like a rosary, Clear like a reflection in a mirror. From it, rays of light radiate in ten directions, The boundless victorious ones, peaceful and wrathful, And the Longevity Gods, sages, vidyadharas, etc., All those who have power over longevity, The blessings of their body, speech, and mind, and Their splendor, radiance, glory, and power, All gather in the form of red light. Visualize them dissolving into your five places. Again, radiate blue light, Gathering the essence of space, Transforming into the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, बीज अक्षर).
