Oṃ, I invite with longing in my heart the assembly of Vidyādharas who have attained accomplishment (Vidyādhara: Sanskrit विद्याधर, holder of knowledge mantras), the Ḍākinīs, the Dharma protectors, the Four Great Kings, and the deities of the months, years, and days. I beseech you to come here by the power of your compassion, and grant the supreme Siddhi of longevity to the accomplished Vidyādhara brothers and sisters. Oṃ Āyurjñāna Vajra Samaya Ja (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛ，梵文天城体：ॐ आयुर्ज्ञान वज्र समय ज，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āyurjñāna vajra samaya ja，oṃ longevity-wisdom vajra samaya ja). Third, the request to be seated: Hūṃ! In this spontaneously accomplished palace, upon the peacock, sun, moon, and lotus, a seat of soft and pleasant Pañcalikā, in this delightful and beautiful palace, may the longevity deities and the assembly of Vidyādharas be pleased and remain steadfastly. Oṃ Āyurjñāna saparivāra padma kamalāya svaṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་པདྨ་ཀ་མ་ལཱ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ आयुर्ज्ञान सपरिवार पद्म कमलाय स्त्वं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āyurjñāna saparivāra padma kamalāya svaṃ，oṃ longevity-wisdom with retinue lotus kamala svaṃ), Samaya Tiṣṭha Lhan (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ་ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན，梵文天城体：समय तिष्ठ ल्हन्，梵文罗马拟音：samaya tiṣṭha lhan，samaya remain steadfast). Fourth, prostration: Hūṃ! Lord of the five families and the five wisdom bodies, Bhagavan, lord of the families, Amitāyus (the longevity form of Amitābha), lord of longevity, together with the four classes of goddesses, Vidyādharas, Ṛṣis, and all the longevity deities and their retinues, I prostrate with reverence. Āyurjñāna ati pūho (藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་ཏི་པཱུ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：आयुर्ज्ञान अति पूहो，梵文罗马拟音：āyurjñāna ati pūho，supreme longevity-wisdom offering), prati ja ho (藏文：པྲ་ཏི་ཛ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：प्रतिज हो，梵文罗马拟音：prati ja ho，accept). Fifth, offering the outer, inner, and secret offerings: For the sake of purifying the afflictions and obscurations of all sentient beings without exception, and for perfecting the two accumulations, offerings of water for drinking, water for washing feet, flowers, incense, light, perfume, food, and music, all that is actually arranged and mentally emanated, I offer to the Bhagavan Vajra longevity deity. Please accept them and grant me the Siddhis. Mount Meru, the four continents, the eight subcontinents, the seven golden mountains, and the assemblies of desirable qualities of gods and humans, this supreme Maṇḍala of wish-fulfilling jewels, I offer to the Bhagavan Vajra longevity deity. Please accept them and grant me the Siddhis. The seven royal emblems, the eight auspicious symbols, the five desirable qualities of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, the Gaṇacakra of heroes and Ḍākinīs, the wondrous offerings, the supreme nectar of Amrita (Sanskrit अमृत, the drink of immortality), the Samaya substances, the great Torma, the Rakta transformed from the three poisons, and the various kinds of offerings such as sugar and alcohol, I offer to the Bhagavan Vajra longevity deity. Please accept them and grant me the Siddhis. Sixth, praise: Hūṃ! The essence of the five wisdoms, the lord of longevity, with a red-colored body, holding a longevity vase in the mudrā of equipoise, the immutable Vajra body, I prostrate to the Bhagavan Amitāyus. From the essence of my heart, grant me the immutable Vajra longevity.
