此后，融入明净智慧之界，安住于平等舍。再次从本初之天身中升起，自身五大、十二处之蕴聚，本即自生坛城之尊，无别见行双运中，行引导众生之行。第七为发愿： 吽！ 寿命天众诸佛之总集，以此修持之善根力，无边无际诸有情众，净除二障圆满二资粮，愿速证得圆满佛果位。 愿暂时，病魔及八怖畏等，中断寿命悉消除，百岁长寿享百秋，寿命福德财富皆增长。第八吉祥祈愿： 舍！ 法身离戏论，无量寿佛愿吉祥！ 报身圆满相，观世音自在愿吉祥！ 智慧虚空无迷茫，邬金莲师愿吉祥！ 一切所愿皆成就，成就者胜妙愿吉祥！ 身语意之班杂拉，大手印愿吉祥！ 成就四种事业之，眷属圣众愿吉祥！ 遣除内外诸障碍，护法圣众愿吉祥！ 护持正法誓坚定，护藏圣众愿吉祥！ 如是等吉祥圆满作结。 此乃成就无死虹身金刚之方便。 甚深要义总集三根本，根本寿命事业此法，愿自他增上成就无量寿。 此法未做整理，因伏藏法需增补之处甚多，故合为一。 为便于受灌顶修持，略微删减部分文句，使易于诵读。 莲花舞自在慧无边于扎札仁钦扎无死甘露长流之山崖处所造，若有错谬之处，于三根本前忏悔。 善妙增上！ （种子字，梵文天城体：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍） （班杂拉，梵文天城体：བྷ་ག་ལ，梵文罗马拟音：bhagala，汉语字面意思：吉祥）

Thereafter, dissolve into the expanse of clear and pure wisdom, and rest in equanimity. Again, arise from the innate divine form. One's own body, the aggregates of the five elements and twelve sources, are from the beginning the spontaneously arisen deities of the mandala. From the inseparability of view and conduct, engage in the conduct of leading all beings. The seventh is the aspiration: Hūṃ! The gathering of the longevity deities and victorious ones, by this merit of accomplishment and approach, may all limitless sentient beings, purify obscurations and perfect the two accumulations, and may they attain the state of Buddhahood! May temporary sickness, demons, the eight fears, etc., that cut short life, be pacified. May you live a hundred years and see a hundred autumns. May life, merit, and wealth greatly increase! The eighth is the auspicious proclamation: Hrīḥ! The Dharmakāya is free from elaboration, may the auspiciousness of Amitāyus be! The Saṃbhogakāya manifests in perfect form, may the auspiciousness of Avalokiteśvara be! In the sky of knowledge, without confusion, may the auspiciousness of Orgyen Padmasambhava be! Whatever is thought of is accomplished, may the auspiciousness of supreme Siddhi be! The Bhāgala of body, speech, and mind, may the auspiciousness of Mahāmudrā be! Accomplishing the four activities, may the auspiciousness of the assembly of attendants be! Dispelling all outer and inner obstacles, may the auspiciousness of the Dharma protectors be! Entrusting the oath of Dharma protectors, may the auspiciousness of the treasure guardians be! Thus, may auspiciousness be proclaimed extensively. This is the means of accomplishing the deathless rainbow body Vajra. The profound essential meaning gathers the Three Roots, the root activity of longevity, may this increase and accomplish immeasurable life for myself and others. This was not arranged, and because the terma text requires much supplementation from others, it was combined into a continuous text. Aiming for ease of carrying for empowerment and accomplishment, some of the text was slightly shortened to make it easier to read. Padmagarwang Lodrö Thaye composed this at the cliff of Tsa-dra Rinchen Drak, the ever-flowing nectar of immortality. Whatever mistakes there may be, I confess before the Three Roots.
