gsal: Clear, bright! I prostrate and praise the Vajra Body! ’ur ting sil chol gang bur sgrar: Making sounds of buzzing, rustling, and clanging, I prostrate and praise the resounding voice! dus gsum mi ’gyur thig le che: This great Bindu (essence drop) that does not change in the three times, I prostrate and praise the mind of equality! rig pa rang gsal kun tu snang: Self-illuminating awareness, illuminating everything, I prostrate and praise the complete qualities! rtog ’dus ye shes ’od lnga gsal: The five wisdom lights, appearing from thoughts, I prostrate and praise the one who accomplishes activities! Twenty-fifth, Confession: Hūṃ Hrīḥ sdug bsngal kun dang gdod nas bral: From the very beginning, separated from all suffering! ma rig log rtog sdug bsngal bcing: Ignorance and wrong thoughts bind suffering. rnam snang chos bdun ’khrul ’khor gyis: With the illusory wheel of seven appearances, dug lnga glo bur rang sar bshags: I confess that the five poisons are sudden and return to their own nature. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Twenty-sixth, Recitation: Out of the four practices of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, the first is the Vajra recitation, combining the arising, entering, and abiding of the wind with the three seed syllables. Focus on the syllable Hrīḥ in the heart, and recite Hrīḥ as much as possible. The second is close recitation, reciting Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Hrīḥ as much as possible. The third is reciting the practice mantra. Visualize a wisdom being on a lotus in the heart, and in the heart of the deity who is like yourself, visualize a golden vajra standing upright, with the red and clear syllable Hrīḥ surrounded by the mantra garland. These three words are newly added during the generation of the deity. The mantra flows out from the shape of the deity's body, comes out from the mouth of the father, and enters the mouth of the mother. The mother's lotus is filled with the bliss of light, and the light enters the navel from the secret place, entering the state of great bliss by merging into the heart, transforming into the nectar of great wisdom. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Thotreng Tsal Vajra Samaya Jah Vajra Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nrih Jah Siddhi Phala Hum Ah Recite as much as possible. After reciting hundreds or thousands of times, visualize the mantra garland reversing from the father's secret place into the mother's secret place, and then from the mother's mouth through the father's mouth into the heart. It is said that one should recite in this way. The fourth is reciting the great practice mantra. The mantra garland arising from the mantra in the heart, passing through the shape of the body, comes out from the mouth, and merges into the hearts of all the deities in the ten directions, gathering the blessings of the body and the essence of life, rising upwards in sequence from the mouth, the light fills all the worlds, offering to the Buddhas, benefiting all sentient beings, gathering all the life, merit, and wisdom of samsara and nirvana, completely merging into one's own mouth, the heart is filled with light, and the body and mind are matured. Oṃ Namo Bhagavate Aparimita, etc., recite the longevity dharani known as the Hundred and Eight Names, and this is the actual practice of recitation. The fifth is the recitation of activities, visualizing the awareness at the crown of the head... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With the light of the three syllables of the earth deity's abode, I offer to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. As the light of their four abodes dissolves into my own four abodes, I receive the four empowerments. With the light from the union of the Guru's father and mother, I offer to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. I gather the blessings and the life essence of samsara and nirvana, the container and its contents. As nectar descends from the union into the chakras of my four abodes, I receive the four empowerments. As the Guru at the crown of my head dissolves into nectar and descends into my four chakras, the four joys arise. I receive the four empowerments, purify the four obscurations, and attain the four kayas and the four vajras. In particular, I contemplate attaining the deathless life accomplishment and recite the life-sustaining mantra 'Om' three times. Furthermore, on the eight-petaled red and white lotus at the heart, with vowels written above and consonants below, as it is said to recite the vowels and consonants, and finally recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and the Essence of Dependent Arising about seven times.
