阿玉嘉纳 达ra 达ra(Ayu j~nAna dhara dhara)。

I prostrate to the assembly of deities of Padmasambhava, offering homage and praise, and grant the accomplishment of longevity. I urge the light rays of my heart to be generated in front. The light rays of the front generation, a host of heroes and heroines. Countless beings wielding hooks and lassos emanate forth. May the blessings of all the Victorious Ones and their heirs, and the life force, merit, and power of gods, demons, and humans, Be drawn back from the hands of demons and Yama, and dissolve into the vase held by the assembly of deities. May the essence and purity be instilled into the seed syllable at the heart center. By engaging in union, the bodhicitta nectar descends. The mirror, skull cup, and vase are gradually filled. From the lotus torma and the deities residing within, which increase life, light radiates, gathering all the life force, merit, and glory of samsara and nirvana. May the offering of the 'lud' (excrement) torma be endowed with the five qualities of desirable objects. Om Ah Hum, Sarva Vighnan Kha Kha Khahi Khahi! May all the obstacles that obstruct the empowerment and obstruct the life force of us, the gathered teachers and students, be satisfied by this torma, and depart far away, not even remaining within a krosha (approximately two kilometers)! (Tibetan: སརྦ་བིགྷྣཱན་ཨུཙྪ་ཏ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།) Sarva Vighnan Utsataya Hum Phat!' Thus, expel and offer the torma, reciting fierce mantras and striking musical instruments, fiercely visualizing the protective wheel. As it is said. From one's own body, emanate the wrathful deity Amrita Kundali, dark blue-black in color, with three faces (white, blue, and red) and six arms, the right hands holding a sword, a wheel, and an iron hook, the left hands holding a skull cup of blood, a phurba, and a lasso. Endowed with all the attire of a wrathful deity, the lower body is a sky-iron phurba with blazing fire. Visualize countless wrathful deities descending like a torrential rain, tormenting, cutting, and expelling all obstacles and hindrances to life. Then, whip and recite: (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཀུཎྜ་ལཱི་ཧཱུྃ།) Om Vajra Amrita Kundali Hum! All enemies and obstructors who hinder the lives of these vajra disciples, Hana Hana, Daha Daha, Paca Paca, Bandha Bandha, Stambhaya Stambhaya, Nashaya Nashaya, Maraya Maraya Hum Phat! May everything above and below become a solid and stable protective circle, with a vajra fence and tent ground, and the outer ring ablaze with five-colored wisdom fire accompanied by roaring sounds. Om Vajra Raksha Raksha Hum Hum Phat Svaha! Furthermore, in the 'Sun and Moon Union Tantra,' it is said: 'If the historical account is not explained, there will be the fault of disbelief in this great secret definitive teaching.' Therefore, to briefly relate the historical account: In the perfect place, the western pure land of Sukhavati, the perfect teacher, the Lord of the Family, Amitabha, appears in the Sambhogakaya form, surrounded by the perfect retinue, the lords of the five families of life, and countless hosts of heroes and heroines. At the request of Arya Avalokiteshvara and others, the teachings, including the eighteen life-force tantras, were spoken. The dakinis wrote them on golden scrolls with lapis lazuli ink in dakini script, placed them in a box of five precious jewels, and hid them in the secret cave on the eastern side of Mount Potala. Then, after Shakyamuni Buddha passed into nirvana, Guru Padmasambhava was born as an emanation on a lotus stem in the middle of Lake Dhanakosha in the land of Oddiyana, and was known as Guru Tso-kye Dorje. After that, --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
