Visualize yourselves as the noble Avalokiteśvara (Chenrezig) parents. Within the red lotus that opens at your heart center, there is a slightly opened sun and moon casket. At the heart of Guru Tso-kye Dorje (Padmasambhava) parents, reside the seed syllables of longevity: white ཨཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), green ནྲྀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal meaning: Nri), and red ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hri). Visualize that all of samsara and nirvana, appearance and existence, dissolve into light and merge into them. The casket closes, and the lotus closes. From the HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) at the heart of Amitayus (Tsepakme) at the crown of your head, white and red ALI (藏文，梵文天城体：आलि，梵文罗马拟音：āli，汉语字面意思：阿利) and KALI (藏文，梵文天城体：कालि，梵文罗马拟音：kāli，汉语字面意思：嘎利) threads emerge, coiling clockwise and counterclockwise. Amitayus descends from the Brahma aperture and resides at the tip of the Citta vase body, blessing and increasing longevity. Meditate: HŪM (藏文，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! May auspicious longevity increase! May the single bindu increase, May the two, method and wisdom, increase, May the three, body, speech, and mind, increase, May the four immeasurables increase, May the five Jinas increase, May the six Thubpas (Buddhas) increase, May the seven Buddhas increase, May the eight liberations increase, May the nine vehicles increase. May the body increase, may the speech increase, may the mind increase. Relying on the three-fold increase of body, speech, and mind, may you attain the power of the imperishable victory banner, the unchanging life tree, a body as solid as a vajra rock, and a life equal to the sun and moon! Having spoken, place the vajra and bell at the three places (crown, throat, heart). Having thus received the profound and extensive longevity empowerment, finally, recite auspicious prayers and offer a mandala to please the lama. Gather the mandala, the wisdom beings depart, The vow mandala is gathered into oneself. Oneself is also sealed with the sign of non-duality. Dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words are spoken. Thus it is said. Here, if it can be accomplished like a common tsok, that would be best. After that, scatter a torma or a piece of dough. From (Tibetan) བྷྲཱུྃ་, (Sanskrit Devanagari) भ्रूम, (Sanskrit Romanization) bhrūṃ, (Chinese literal meaning) 'seed syllable', the torma transforms into a precious vessel; from (Tibetan) ཁཾ་, (Sanskrit Devanagari) खम, (Sanskrit Romanization) khaṃ, (Chinese literal meaning) 'seed syllable', it transforms into the three whites and an ocean of nectar. Sun and moon united, as the guards of the command, Dragon King Fine-Throat and his retinue, Come here, partake of the oath substance, the command torma, Please be the helpers of us, the master and disciples. Whoever greatly harms the Buddha's teachings, Holds wrong views, is a degenerate sinner, And enemies and obstacles who hate me, turn them to dust.
