Once or three times. This empowerment Torma is located in the center of the lotus stem, with a thousand petals, arranged in seven layers, in the center of which is a vast skull cup of wisdom. Then, when this Torma is placed on the crown of your head, visualize that all these deities emit various rays of light from their bodies, which dissolve into your bodies. From the vases of longevity in their hands, nectar descends, entering from the crown of your head, filling your entire body. From their mouths, auspicious words and the essence of longevity are spoken. With the intention of their minds, they bless you with the immortal Vajra body. ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, oṃ āḥ hūṃ, oṃ āḥ hūṃ, body, speech, and mind). The assembly of Lotus-born Vajra deities, and Mandarava Mother, together with Avalokiteśvara, Father and Mother, and the crown jewel Amitabha, embracing Mamaki inseparable.
