在莲花生大士（མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ，Guru Rinpoche）的宫殿中，于内，在三重交叉的法源中央，观想五部饮血尊（ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་སྡེ་ལྔ་，Five Wrathful Deities）的父母尊安住，其左手持嘎巴拉碗（ཀ་པཱ་ལ，Kapala），碗中显现五部如来（བདེ་གཤེགས་རིགས་ལྔ་，Five Tathagatas）。你们将此观想置于心间，并观想其化为光融入，无二无别地融入。ཧྲཱིཿ (Hrīḥ) 经由莲花生金刚（མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ，Lake-Born Vajra）本尊众的加持，身、语、意之加持，摧毁死主（འཆི་བདག་，Lord of Death）的居所，以明镜文字（མེ་ལོང་ཡིག་འབྲུ，Mirror Letters）授予灌顶。嗡啊吽 班杂 咕噜 贝玛 达基尼 策 仲 班杂 阿育 舍 吽 啊 (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Ḍākinī Tshe Bhrūṃ Vajra Āyuṣe Hūṃ Āḥ)。以明镜（ཨཱ་དར་ཤ་，Ādarśa）灌顶我（ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ，abhiṣiñca mām）。于三处（གནས་གསུམ་，Three Places）涂抹辛度拉（སིནྡྷུ་ར་，Sindhura）。ཧྲཱིཿ (Hrīḥ) 无染无垢莲花部（པདྨ་རིགས་，Lotus Family）之神，无死寿自在怙主（ཚེ་དབང་མགོན་པོ，Lord of Life），无量光（འོད་དཔག་མེད，Amitābha），大悲之主观世音自在（སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་，Avalokiteśvara），莲花生金刚（མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ，Lake-Born Vajra），持明（རིག་འཛིན，Vidyadhara）寿命之神，诸佛化身之意吉祥如意！ 哦，由此获得智慧（ཤེས་རབ，Prajna）与本智（ཡེ་ཤེས，Jnana）之灌顶，清净心的障碍，有能力观修脉（རྩ，Nadi）、气（རླུང，Prana）、明点（ཐིག་ལེ，Bindu）之道，成为证得法身（ཆོས་སྐུ，Dharmakaya）果位的有缘者，获得无谬之心的寿命自在。现在为了接受第四灌顶，请复诵。 莲花生金刚（མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ，Lake-Born Vajra）父母尊，以及寿命自在的持明（རིག་འཛིན，Vidyadhara）们，经由获得无死金刚（རྡོ་རྗེ，Vajra）之灌顶，祈请赐予第四殊胜灌顶！念诵三遍或一遍。 现在，这个寿命宝瓶，外为八面珍宝所成，内为五色彩虹之宫殿，中央是无量寿佛（སངས་རྒྱས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད，Amitāyus）父母尊。其寿命宝瓶内，莲花茎顶端是咕噜莲花生金刚（གུ་རུ་མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ，Guru Lake-Born Vajra）父母尊，周围环绕着无数的佛菩萨。 仅仅将此置于手中，轮回（འཁོར，Samsara）与涅槃（འདས，Nirvana）的一切显现都化为光融入你，观想由此证悟无生无死之义。ཧྲཱིཿ (Hrīḥ) 经由莲花生金刚（མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ，Lake-Born Vajra）本尊众的加持，身、语、意之加持，摧毁死主（འཆི་བདག་，Lord of Death）的居所，以此增长寿命之物授予灌顶。嗡啊吽 班杂 咕噜 贝玛 达基尼 策 仲 班杂 阿育 舍 吽 啊 (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Ḍākinī Tshe Bhrūṃ Vajra Āyuṣe Hūṃ Āḥ)。赐予寿命增长（ཨཱ་ཡུཿཔུཥྚིཾ，Āyuḥpuṣṭiṃ）之灌顶（ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ，abhiṣiñca mām）。置于手中。ཧྲཱིཿ (Hrīḥ) 无染无垢莲花部（པདྨ་རིགས་，Lotus Family）之神，无死寿自在怙主（ཚེ་དབང་མགོན་པོ，Lord of Life），无量光（འོད་དཔག་མེད，Amitābha），大悲之主观世音自在（སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་，Avalokiteśvara），莲花生金刚（མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ，Lake-Born Vajra），持明（རིག་འཛིན，Vidyadhara）寿命之神，诸佛慈悲智慧吉祥如意！ 哦，由此清净积聚（བསགས་པ，Accumulation）与平等（ཆ་སྙོམས，Equanimity）的障碍，获得第四灌顶，具有证得法身（ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་སྐུ，Svabhavikakaya）果位的缘分，获得任运成就之灌顶。现在是圆满寿命灌顶。

In the palace of Padmasambhava (མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ, Lake-Born Vajra), internally, in the center of the triple-crossed source of Dharma, visualize the father and mother deities of the Five Wrathful Deities (ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་སྡེ་ལྔ་, Five Wrathful Deities) residing, with the Kapala bowl (ཀ་པཱ་ལ, Kapala) in their left hand, in which the Five Tathagatas (བདེ་གཤེགས་རིགས་ལྔ་, Five Tathagatas) are clearly visible. By placing this visualization in your heart, contemplate it dissolving into light and merging without difference. Hrīḥ Through the blessings of the deity assembly of Lake-Born Vajra (མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ, Lake-Born Vajra), the blessings of body, speech, and mind, destroying the abode of the Lord of Death (འཆི་བདག་, Lord of Death), empowerment is bestowed through the mirror letters (མེ་ལོང་ཡིག་འབྲུ, Mirror Letters). Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Ḍākinī Tshe Bhrūṃ Vajra Āyuṣe Hūṃ Āḥ. With the mirror (ཨཱ་དར་ཤ་, Ādarśa) anoint me (ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ, abhiṣiñca mām). Apply Sindhura (སིནྡྷུ་ར་, Sindhura) to the three places (གནས་གསུམ་, Three Places). Hrīḥ Undefiled and flawless deity of the Lotus Family (པདྨ་རིགས་, Lotus Family), immortal Lord of Life (ཚེ་དབང་མགོན་པོ, Lord of Life), Amitābha (འོད་དཔག་མེད, Amitābha), Lord of Compassion Avalokiteśvara (སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་, Avalokiteśvara), Lake-Born Vajra (མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ, Lake-Born Vajra), Vidyadhara (རིག་འཛིན, Vidyadhara) deity of life, may the auspiciousness of the mind of the Buddhas' emanation prevail! Oh, thereby obtain the empowerment of wisdom (ཤེས་རབ, Prajna) and primordial wisdom (ཡེ་ཤེས, Jnana), purify the obscurations of the mind, have the ability to contemplate the path of the nadis (རྩ, Nadi), prana (རླུང, Prana), and bindus (ཐིག་ལེ, Bindu), become a fortunate one to attain the Dharmakaya (ཆོས་སྐུ, Dharmakaya) fruit, and obtain the unobstructed mind's life empowerment. Now, in order to receive the fourth empowerment, please repeat. Lake-Born Vajra (མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ, Lake-Born Vajra) father and mother, and the Vidyadharas (རིག་འཛིན, Vidyadhara) who have power over life, through obtaining the empowerment of the immortal Vajra (རྡོ་རྗེ, Vajra), please grant the supreme fourth empowerment! Recite three times or once. Now, this vase of life, externally made of eight-faceted jewels, internally is a palace of five-colored rainbows, in the center are Amitāyus (སངས་རྒྱས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད, Amitāyus) father and mother. Inside that life vase, at the top of a lotus stem, are Guru Lake-Born Vajra (གུ་རུ་མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ, Guru Lake-Born Vajra) father and mother, surrounded by countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Merely placing this in your hand, all appearances of Samsara (འཁོར, Samsara) and Nirvana (འདས, Nirvana) dissolve into light and merge into you, contemplate thereby realizing the meaning of no birth and no death. Hrīḥ Through the blessings of the deity assembly of Lake-Born Vajra (མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ, Lake-Born Vajra), the blessings of body, speech, and mind, destroying the abode of the Lord of Death (འཆི་བདག་, Lord of Death), empowerment is bestowed through this life-increasing substance. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Ḍākinī Tshe Bhrūṃ Vajra Āyuṣe Hūṃ Āḥ. Grant the empowerment of life increase (ཨཱ་ཡུཿཔུཥྚིཾ, Āyuḥpuṣṭiṃ) (ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ, abhiṣiñca mām). Place it in the hand. Hrīḥ Undefiled and flawless deity of the Lotus Family (པདྨ་རིགས་, Lotus Family), immortal Lord of Life (ཚེ་དབང་མགོན་པོ, Lord of Life), Amitābha (འོད་དཔག་མེད, Amitābha), Lord of Compassion Avalokiteśvara (སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་, Avalokiteśvara), Lake-Born Vajra (མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ, Lake-Born Vajra), Vidyadhara (རིག་འཛིན, Vidyadhara) deity of life, may the auspiciousness of the compassion and wisdom of the Buddhas prevail! Oh, thereby purify the obscurations of accumulation (བསགས་པ, Accumulation) and equanimity (ཆ་སྙོམས, Equanimity), obtain the fourth empowerment, have the fortune to attain the Svabhavikakaya (ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་སྐུ, Svabhavikakaya) fruit, and obtain the spontaneously accomplished empowerment.
