On the third tier, in the four directions are offered four butchers, with offerings of four triangular torma, and four blood offerings. On the fourth tier, the general offering substances are thirteen portions of black mustard seeds with white stripes, four rice torma, and conch shells, bees, fish, turtles, mice, earthworms, marmots, scorpions, four of each in each direction. On the four small islands, there is one blood offering each. On the base of the mandala, one hundred and one blood offerings are arranged.
