Ema Tarba! Parsha Bhuti Sa Phag Rba! Bhita Ye Myur Bhaya Rba! Srin Dur Ti Gha Tra Rba! Shuna Sa Sura Tra Rba! Zowo Musha Bhuta Rba! At the end of the mantra, write 'Bla', meaning 'Mara Rba'. How to write: Sixth, subdue the Bla demon. Visualize a celestial demon on the crown of the head, dark blue-black, like a bee sucking on flowers. At the throat, a klesha demon, like a red scorpion climbing a rock. At the navel, a skandha demon, like a black snake with its mouth open. At the heart, a death demon, dark blue-black, like a strong giant. The seed syllables of these demons, starting from the crown of the head, are arranged in order: ལམ་བམ་རཾ་ཡམ། (lam bam ram yam). Seventh, understand the local situation: On the right arm, write a masculine name and 'Masculine demon descends'; on the left arm, write a feminine name and 'Feminine demon descends'.
