To my Three Roots (Guru, Yidam, Protector), from the seeds of ignorance, ego-grasping, and dualistic clinging, and from the three poisons of greed, hatred, and delusion, snatching towards the right, left, and center, Hum Dza! Outside of that, the essence of blood, as small as a bird's brain, divides into four major channels, with the seeds of the four maras—desire, hatred, ignorance, and jealousy—holding the four syllable seed-letters of killing: Ma ra Ya Rabada! The four channels that branch out in four directions are the basis of form, feeling, perception, and formation, causing the obscuration of afflictions, with the four syllable seed-letters of intoxication: Ro Ya Ga Mu Ta Ma! Behind that, within the tent of the mind, at the tip of the eight major channels, are the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind, and alaya consciousness, the basis of the eight afflicted consciousnesses, with the eight syllable seed-letters of the hammer that destroys the eight aggregates of consciousness: A Ka Ta Pa Sha Ya Ta Tsa! Outside of that, with the Rahu of the mind (referring to the star that obscures the sun and moon), snatching, then mind Dza! Abeshaya, the life force of the great enemy so-and-so, red Hum Dza! Mara Ya Dza Ni Sha Dza Rabada Dza, cut Dza! Mara Ya Rabada! Whether the enemy is male or female, always write the first syllable of the mantra facing outwards. After that, if the enemy is male, then the first syllable of the mantra faces outwards, if female, then inwards, write the name, lineage, and curse, writing as much as possible. Throat With the four syllable seed-letters that destroy and sever the mind: Ya Ga Ta Ma Hum Ra Bada, and the Rahu of speech, snatching, Wa Ga Ta Ma, make the speech mute. On both shoulders, with the four syllable seed-letters of intoxication: Ya Ga Ro Ya Ga. In the mouth, write: 'Demon, I am blind, demon cut my life, Du Du Hum'. Four clouds of blinding and obscuration: In the nose, with Di Ba; in both ears, with O Ne; in the eyes, with Long; on the tongue, with Dza Wa La Ba Ya; on the five senses, with Ta Ta Ya; on the forehead, if you know the bone, then write, if you don't know, then write Gong Ga O Je Shang.
