Summoning all sentient beings of the three realms without autonomy, dissolving them into oneself. Visualize oneself as fully flourishing with longevity, merit, splendor, and so on. Recite the sixteen vowels ཨཱ་ལི་བཅུ་དྲུག་(Tibetan, Devanagari, ālibāhudraka, sixteen vowels)followed by ཆེ་གེ་བཱ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛཿཧྲཱིང་ཧྲཱིང་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Cegē bā śaṃ kuru yē aṃ kuśa jaḥ hrīṃ hrīṃ, a prayer), reciting more than a thousand times, one can control the object of visualization. Practicing these methods frequently during the full moon is most auspicious. Once able to control, one can accomplish desires and transmit this method, ultimately attaining the state of Mañjuśrī. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! (Tibetan, meaningless) Homage to the noble Mañjuśrī! Fifth, if one wishes to extend life by relying on the thirty-five Kāli goddesses, first take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Choose an auspicious day and time, go to an auspicious and pleasing place, and on a well-measured, excellent piece of land, draw a mandala. In the center of the mandala, draw a four-petaled lotus, and around the lotus, draw thirty petals. Starting from the center, write the seed syllables of the thirty-five Kāli goddesses ཀཱ་ལི་(Tibetan, Devanagari, kāli, Kāli)in white lines. In the center of the mandala, place a precious vase without cracks, filled with milk from cows and yaks. Add five essences रत्न(Tibetan, Devanagari, ratna, jewel), five grains, five medicines, five fragrances, five nectars, and flowing water to fill the vase. Decorate the mouth of the vase with branches of a wish-fulfilling tree or a bunch of kuśa grass, and adorn the neck with silk, making it complete and flawless. Arrange the five offerings, then visualize oneself as the wisdom deity and recite as much as possible. Visualize the vase as being purified through emptiness очищение(purification), and from emptiness, from the seed syllable བྷྲཱུྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, bhrūṃ, seed syllable), arises a palace. Inside the palace, the substances in the vase arise as the wisdom deity from the seed syllable དྷཱིཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari, dhīḥ, seed syllable). After inviting, summoning, establishing, offering, and praising, recite ཀ་ཁ་ག་གྷ་ང་(Tibetan, Devanagari, ka kha ga gha ṅa, Tibetan vowels), and so on, until ཤ་ཥ་ས་ཧ་ཀྵ(Tibetan, Devanagari, śa ṣa sa ha kṣa, Tibetan consonants). Visualize light radiating from these letters, drawing a stream of blessing nectar from the hearts of all Buddhas, pouring into the deity and letters in the vase. Recite one hundred thousand times. During breaks, visualize the deity and letters dissolving into light, transforming into nectar. A white ray of light emerges from the vase, entering through the aperture of Brahmā at the crown of one's head, filling the entire body with nectar, making the body indestructible, transforming it into a vajra body. After completing the practice, bathe the body with the water from the vase and drink it. Perform other subsequent actions according to the common ritual. Through such practice, one can attain the state of a vidyādhara. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Secret! Secret! Entrust! Entrust! Treasure! End! Merge! (Tibetan, meaningless) Homage to the noble Mañjuśrī! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
