Samaya (Vow). This is the seventh session of visualization. Visualize your body as emptiness, red fire filling the entire body, then engage in formless visualization again. In the fourth session, practice twenty-four breaths until realization arises. Samaya (Vow). This is the eighth session of visualization. Visualize red-black (Tibetan: རྃ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Ram) at the soles of both feet, from which fire blazes, entering the thick veins of the thighs from the leg veins, converging at the secret place, its sharpness, speed, intensity, roughness, and burning state are as before. Samaya (Vow). This is the ninth session of visualization. Practice the experience of wind, fire, relative Bodhicitta, and ultimate Bodhicitta being inseparable and of one taste. Samaya (Vow). Thus viewing, self-arisen wisdom manifests, afflictions transform into wisdom, control over vowels and consonants is attained, the languages of the six realms are understood, mastery over the four individual perfect knowledges is achieved, due to the cause of wind, at the time of death, breath dissolves into the central channel, generating the experience of supreme bliss and clarity, merging with the previous self-arisen wisdom, the result is the Sambhogakaya (Enjoyment Body), opening the path of liberation through the upper gate, the instructions for the second empowerment have been taught. Samaya (Vow). These are the key points of the body, used to soften the channels, clear the path of breath, and transform bindus. First is the oiling of the channels and the training of the five limbs.
