从右鼻孔经由明妃的左鼻孔，环绕在颅顶的嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字，再经过心间。从明妃的虚空中降下，光芒四射，令一切善逝（梵文：Sugata，指佛）欢喜。光芒再次汇聚，化为两种成就的自性，在明妃的子宫内盘旋，被明妃的秘密所吸引，融入心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中。这适用于日常仪轨的简略版，也适用于八吉祥的个人修持。 第二，关于日常持诵的念诵观想：日常修持可以包含息灾、增益、怀爱三种，可以简化为日常瑜伽，即单身、一面二臂的本尊。以坚定的信念，了知一切善逝都圆满具足于大胜黑汝嘎（梵文：Mahottara Heruka）之中。观想自身心间，在日轮之上，有一个深蓝色的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，放射着五种光芒，被根本咒围绕。当气息呼出时，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字的光芒放射出五种颜色，遍照十方，以令诸佛菩萨的身语意欢喜的供养。净化三界众生的身语意三门之业障，使之转化为黑汝嘎之身。观想一切世间皆为黑汝嘎之自性，一切音声皆为咒语之自声，此为念诵。 当气息吸入时，诸佛菩萨的身语意之成就，化为光芒融入自身，使之成为寂静涅槃。观想五毒烦恼的波涛平息，此为修持。当气息安住于自身时，了悟黑汝嘎之自性与自心清净无二无别，此为究竟修持，即应用于事业。 第三，暂时不需要改变，也不要因为害怕繁琐而省略。 第二，在此特别讲述在此期间需要修持的念诵观想。经中说：‘息灾宜念诵，降伏宜修持。’其含义是：净化之基为身语意三门，念诵为清净之身语意。为了自他之利益，暂时和究竟的利益，分为两种，一切都包含念诵、诵读、空性三部分，必须具备这三个部分。首先是念诵：息灾时，念诵‘吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），秘密皆圆满’等；大胜时，念诵‘吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），中央方位之轮’等，如日常仪轨中所述。八吉祥时，念诵‘东方方位之轮’等，改变措辞。对于护法，念诵‘吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），化身大鹏’等。

From the right nostril, passing through the left nostril of the consort, circling around the Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) on the crown of the head, and then through the heart. Descending from the consort's space, radiating light, pleasing all the Sugatas (Buddhas). The light re-collects, transforming into the nature of two kinds of accomplishments, swirling in the consort's womb, absorbed by the secret of the father, and dissolving into the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) at the heart. This is applicable to the abbreviated version of the daily practice and also to the individual practice of the Eight Auspicious Ones. Second, regarding the contemplation of the recitation for daily practice: Daily practice can include pacifying, increasing, and magnetizing, and can be simplified to daily yoga, that is, a single, one-faced, two-armed deity. With firm conviction, knowing that all the Sugatas are fully complete in Mahottara Heruka. Visualize at your heart, on a sun disc, a dark blue Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) radiating five kinds of light, surrounded by the root mantra. When the breath goes out, the light of the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) radiates five colors, illuminating the ten directions, offering pleasure to the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Purifying the three doors of karma of sentient beings in the three realms, transforming them into the body of Heruka. Visualize all the worlds as the nature of Heruka, and all sounds as the self-sound of mantra, this is recitation. When the breath is inhaled, the accomplishments of the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, transform into light and dissolve into oneself, making it equal to peace and nirvana. Contemplate the waves of the five poisons subsiding, this is practice. When the breath remains in its place, realizing that the nature of Heruka and one's own mind are pure and inseparable, this is the ultimate practice, that is, applied to action. Third, for the time being, there is no need to change, and do not omit it for fear of being cumbersome. Second, here specifically explaining the contemplation of recitation to be practiced during this period. The scripture says: 'Pacifying is recitation, subduing is practice.' Its meaning is: the basis of purification is the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and recitation is the pure body, speech, and mind. For the benefit of oneself and others, temporary and ultimate benefits, it is divided into two types, all of which include recitation, reading, and emptiness, and must have these three parts. First is recitation: In pacifying, recite 'Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), all secrets are complete,' etc.; in Mahottara, recite 'Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), the wheel of the central direction,' etc., as described in the daily practice. For the Eight Auspicious Ones, recite 'The wheel of the eastern direction,' etc., changing the wording.
