Think in this way. During the final great assembly, light radiates from the mantra garland of the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum) at the heart of the deity, emanating from the mouth of the Wisdom Being (Ye shes sems dpa'). Touching the (Tibetan: ཨཱཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Meaning: Ah) on the tongue of the glorious deity, the mantra garland enters the right nostril from the mouth, touches the (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Om) in the mandala (Dung khang), and the light enters the right nostril of the consort from the left nostril, descending into the heart. The outer and inner worlds, along with their contents, are gathered into the secret space of the consort in the form of the light of accomplishment, drawn in by the vajra tube of the male deity, and absorbed into the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum) at the heart, contemplating the attainment of all complete accomplishments. This is the contemplation during the great assembly. As it is said, the first evening is for recitation, the middle evening is for practice, and the final evening is for the great assembly. Combine these three practices of recitation and practice, adjusting the length of time. For example, if taking a month as an example, each practice should be done for about ten days, or divide the day and night into three parts, or practice each in sequence at the beginning, middle, and end of each session to achieve accomplishment. As for the number of recitations, according to the view of the tantra, combined with auspicious signs, perform annual practice, i.e., one year or more; combined with the medium number, perform monthly practice, i.e., one to six months, etc.; at the minimum, perform short-term practice, i.e., one to three weeks, etc. The first case is for the completion of practice, the second case is for being able to perform the activities of the guru, and the third case is for gatherings, assemblies, and supplementing empowerments. Therefore, here, the medium number is taken as the standard for recitation, which is also divided into high, medium, and low numbers. In the ritual text, it says: 'Recite seven hundred and twenty thousand times.' In the practice summary, it says: 'First, complete one million one hundred thousand or seven hundred and twenty thousand recitations, and then supplement one thousand or one hundred thousand at this time.' Therefore, the main deity, the Great Glorious Heruka (Che mchog), should be recited one million one hundred thousand times or seven hundred and twenty thousand times. If the recitations of the eight glorious deities can be completed, it is perfect. If that much cannot be completed, since the Great Glorious Heruka is the lord of the mandala, the number must be completed, and the other deities should be recited as much as possible. In addition, in the practice of wrathful deities, recite the peaceful mantra at the beginning of the session, the wrathful mantra in the middle, and the pacifying mantra at the end, each for several hundred times. In the main part of the session, recite the nine glorious deities, and at the end, recite the eight glorious deities and the protectors, each for one hundred and eight times. Furthermore, in the guidance of the scriptures, transmissions, and instructions, it says: 'Recite this thirty-five-syllable mantra, which contains the essence of all peaceful, wrathful, and eight Heruka deities.' In the Vajrakilaya practice, it says: (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་པདྨ་ཀྲོ་ཏཱི་ཤྭ་རི་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་མ་ཧཱ་ཡཀྵ་ཀཱ་ལ་རཱུ་པ་ཀརྨ་ར, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra mahā krodha padma krotīśvari vajra kīli kīlaya mahā yakṣa kālarūpa karma ra, Literal Meaning: Om Vajra Maha Krodha Padma Krotishvari Vajra Kili Kilaya Maha Yaksha Kalarupa Karma Ra) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
