头饰身命皆明耀，金刚铃印转动摇， 大母法界瑜伽女，无二交合生大乐， 父与母双运方便智，手印舞动献供养， 吽！ 大威德降伏诸魔众，三头六臂四足立， 右白左红中蓝面，五部佛陀为头饰，身命皆明耀， 右三金刚八天首，左三红颅八龙首， 大母降伏一切有，右手拥抱主尊持卡杖嘎， 左手执持欲妙红海螺，父与母双运方便智， 手印舞动献供养，吽！ 大威德力大黑尊，三头六臂四足立， 身色深蓝极可畏，五部佛陀为头饰，身命皆明耀， 右三金刚八天心，左三红颅八龙心， 大母五大之主宰，右手举起色界于空中， 左手镇压欲界于地上，父与母双运方便智， 手印舞动献供养，吽！ 各自四部眷属众，面容与手印随意变， 一切善逝皆舞主，手印舞动献供养， 玛哈姆扎 布扎 霍！ 十一、歌舞供养： 吽！ 空性自性显现一切相，显现之相无生之体性， 歌乃无离合之歌，舞乃无间断之舞动， 嗡 玛哈 嘉那 德那 吽 德那 德德 吽！ 十二、外供养： 吽！ 于诸佛海会坛城中，焚香鲜花灯明香， 美食乐音供养云，从法界取出供养于法界， 嗡 巴那 贝，贝努 索热多，德布 巴热姆，萨瓦 达塔嘎达 悉地 萨玛雅 霍！ 嗡 希瑞 班杂 惹嘎 杜贝 吽！ 布贝 扎！ 阿洛给 吽！ 根德 舍！ 奈 维迪亚 阿！ 给迪 夏达 吽！ 十三、内供养： 嗡！ 广大供养之手印，心之如意云聚积， 色声香味触法，五欲圆满受用供， 嗡 萨瓦 布扎 萨玛雅 霍！ 十四、秘密供养： 吽！ 贪嗔痴盛大，慢嫉五烦恼， 本初即是五部之自性，交合解脱定，献殊胜供养， 哈拉 班杂 布扎 霍！ 十五、三毒供养： 吽！ 血肉骨骼三种物，三毒供养无上供， 本初即是三身之自性，自然解脱。
