二圣威力加持故，自他一切有情众，寂增怀诛事业成，三身任运利乐圆。 花散。遍主普贤金刚萨， 噶饶多杰 师利星哈 邬金 父母尊，法王父子传承诸上师，祈愿根本传承上师吉祥！ 法身不变普贤王，报身五部五身五智，化身种种利乐如意宝，祈愿善逝寂静诸尊吉祥！ 法界清净性中未曾动，然以方便示现忿怒身，调伏暴恶，成为伟大中之至尊，祈愿大成就八大法行诸尊吉祥！ 闻思修持究竟之上师，赐予成就之本尊圆满尊，断除障碍之空行护法众，祈愿吉祥如意，当下获安乐！ 如是说。此乃具足五种印记之圆满秘密事业仪轨，于自宗需作补充者，乃法主曼隆巴之传承，由桑杰达敦父子相传，且蔡列及第五世之言教皆为可信，然因稍多，故此处取其易于携带之精要而著。甚深广大秘密瑜伽三，圆满如心血之大成就，愿此如夏日之海般增长，愿密咒教法不灭！ 诸佛三密功德与事业，汇集于坛城九重宫殿中，愿我等一切有情皆能现前证悟，身与刹土皆能无量无边！ 此乃追随第二佛莲花生大师足迹之持明者，不死教二永仲林巴，于大吉祥宫殿希日德瓦果智金刚心之宫殿所造，愿增吉祥！

By the power and blessing of the two saints, may all sentient beings, self and others, accomplish the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating; may the three kayas be spontaneously accomplished, and may the benefit and happiness of beings be perfected! Scattering flowers. Samantabhadra (Kun tu bzang po, 普贤), Vajrasattva (rDo rje sems dpa', 金刚萨埵), Garab Dorje (dGa' rab rdo rje, 噶饶多杰), Shri Singha (ShrI sing ha, 师利星哈), Orgyen (O rgyan, 邬金) Father and Mother, and the lineage including Chökyi Wangchuk (Chos kyi dbang phyug, 法王) Father and Sons, may the root and lineage lamas be auspicious! Dharmakaya (Chos sku, 法身), the unchanging expanse of Samantabhadra (Kun tu bzang po, 普贤); Sambhogakaya (Longs sku, 报身), the five families, five bodies, and five wisdoms; Nirmanakaya (Sprul sku, 化身), a variety of wish-fulfilling treasures for the benefit of beings; may the Sugata (bDe gshegs, 善逝), the peaceful assembly of deities, be auspicious! Although not moving from the pure nature of Dharmadhatu (Chos dbyings, 法界), through skillful means, it shows the form of a wrathful one, subduing the wicked. Becoming the greatest of the great, the deity of deities, may the great accomplishment of the Eight Herukas (sGrub chen bka' brgyad, 八大法行) deities be auspicious! The supreme lama who has perfected hearing, contemplation, and meditation; the Yidam (Yi dam, 本尊), the complete deity who bestows all siddhis (dNgos grub, 成就); the assembly of dakinis (mKha' 'gro, 空行) and Dharma protectors (Chos skyong, 护法) who eliminate obstacles, may auspiciousness and well-being prevail here and now! Thus it is said. This is the complete secret activity manual with the five seals, and what needs to be supplemented from one's own tradition is the tradition of the Dharma Lord Menlungpa, passed down from Sangye Dakton (Sangs rgyas dwags ston, 桑杰达敦) Father and Sons, and the words of Tsele and the Fifth are also reliable, but because it is a bit long, the essence that is easy to carry is written here. The three profound and vast secret yogas, the great accomplishment that is as complete as heart's blood, may this increase like the ocean in summer, and may the mantra teachings not decline! All the Buddhas' three secrets, qualities, and activities, gathered in the nine-fold palace of the mandala, may we and all sentient beings attain manifest enlightenment, and may our bodies and pure lands be immeasurable! This was composed by the Vidyadhara (Rig 'dzin, 持明) Chimé Tenzin Yungdrung Lingpa ( 'Chi med bstan gnyis g.yung drung gling pa, 不死教二永仲林巴), who follows in the footsteps of the Second Buddha Padmakara (Pad+maA ka ra, 莲花生大师), in the palace of the Great Glorious Shri Dewa Koti Dorje Thuk (dPal chen po'i pho brang shrI de bA+bI koTi rdo rje thugs kyi pho brang, 大吉祥宫殿希日德瓦果智金刚心之宫殿), may virtue and auspiciousness increase! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
