请诸位本尊众神欢喜接受以金刚之名所作的灌顶。吽！从今天起，赐予你，于三界、三有、三时之中，于三宝、诸佛刹土之中，以金刚之名而闻名的灌顶。Śrī Heruka Vajra Nāma Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ（吉祥黑汝嘎，金刚之名，灌顶，吽）！将金刚铃置于顶轮。以名号作灌顶，愿你获得在十方世界中，以证得圆满正觉的金刚之名而闻名的殊胜灌顶！ 第二，依次以忿怒本尊的法器三者进行灌顶，首先为了获得大吉祥的伟大功德，进行法器的灌顶：请大家观想自己于坛城之上，显现为大吉祥胜乐黑汝嘎之身，并接受根本法器金刚杵和血海，从而圆满了法器。将九股金刚杵置于右手，吽！超越九种智慧的彼岸，乃是黑汝嘎的自性，摧毁九地之烦恼分别念，此乃功德之灌顶。Oṃ Jñāna Vajra Krota Abhiṣiñca Āḥ（嗡，智慧，金刚，忿怒，灌顶，啊）！以金刚杵作灌顶，愿你获得心性与法性无二无别、不可摧毁、不可动摇的殊胜灌顶！ 将颅碗血海置于左手，吽！具足五种智慧的颅碗，充满慈悲爱恋之血，乃五部、五智之本体，远离一切偏颇之灌顶。Oṃ Kapāla Rakta Abhiṣiñca Āḥ（嗡，颅碗，血，灌顶，啊）！以颅碗血海作灌顶，愿你获得以方便慈悲和智慧爱恋无二无别，恒常利益众生的殊胜灌顶！ 为了彻底降伏三界的一切恶毒者，进行八种尸林装束的灌顶：观想在各处涂抹三种物质的标志，于身之上穿着三种衣服，于颈项和手足佩戴两种饰品。在前额和脸颊两侧制作大灰堆，吽！黑汝嘎的十处圣地，以及八大尸林之中，迎请大吉祥饮血尊，以大灰堆标志庄严，此乃往昔之誓言，此亦为表征之手印，能调伏一切恶毒者，以大灰堆标志作灌顶。Oṃ Ta Ta Baya Hūṃ Abhiṣiñca Āḥ（嗡，达达，巴亚，吽，灌顶，啊）！以大灰堆作灌顶，愿你获得将三界化为微尘，彻底去除三毒的殊胜灌顶！ 将血滴点在前额和胸前，吽！

May all the deities of the retinue be pleased to receive the empowerment by the name of Vajra. Hūṃ! From today onwards, I empower you, in the three realms, the three existences, and the three times, in the three jewels and the Buddha-fields, with the empowerment known as Vajra. Śrī Heruka Vajra Nāma Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (Glorious Heruka, Vajra Name, Empowerment, Hūṃ!) Place the vajra and bell on the crown of the head. By empowering with the name, may you obtain the supreme empowerment known by the Vajra name of perfect enlightenment in all the ten directions of the world! Secondly, empowering in sequence with the three wrathful substances, first, to obtain the great qualities of the great glorious one, the empowerment of the hand implements: May you all visualize yourselves on the mandala seat as the form of the Great Glorious Supreme Heruka, and by giving the root implements of vajra and blood ocean, may you be pleased to have perfected the implements. Place the nine-pronged vajra in the right hand, Hūṃ! The transcendence of the nine wisdoms, is the nature of Heruka, it destroys the afflictions and thoughts of the nine grounds, this is the empowerment of qualities. Oṃ Jñāna Vajra Krota Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! (Oṃ, Wisdom, Vajra, Wrathful, Empowerment, Āḥ!) By empowering with the vajra, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of the indivisibility, indestructibility, and immutability of mind and dharma! Place the skull cup of blood in the left hand, Hūṃ! The skull cup with five wisdoms, filled with the blood of compassion and attachment, is the embodiment of the five families and five wisdoms, the empowerment free from all partiality. Oṃ Kapāla Rakta Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! (Oṃ, Skull Cup, Blood, Empowerment, Āḥ!) By empowering with the skull cup of blood, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of being attached to and abiding in the benefit of beings with the inseparability of skillful means, compassion, and wisdom! To completely subdue all the malicious ones of the three realms, empowering with the eight charnel ground adornments: Visualize the marks of the three substances applied to the places, the three garments worn on the upper and lower body, and adorned with the two ornaments worn on the neck and hands and feet. Make a large ash heap on the forehead and both cheeks, Hūṃ! The ten places of Heruka, and in the eight great charnel grounds, inviting the Great Glorious Blood Drinker, adorned with the marks of great ash, this is the ancient oath, this is also the mudra of symbols, which subdues all malicious ones, empowering with the marks of great ash. Oṃ Ta Ta Baya Hūṃ Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! (Oṃ, Ta Ta Baya, Hūṃ, Empowerment, Āḥ!) By empowering with the heap of great ash, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of reducing the three realms to dust and completely removing the three poisons!
