To the Guru, Yidam, and Ḍākinīs, I offer the self-arisen inner offering, I offer flowers of the five senses, I offer the scent of thick grease smoke, I offer the bright light of clarified butter lamps, I offer the ablution of vajra perfume, I offer the nectar of rich-scented food, I offer the sound of thighbone trumpets and skull drums, I offer the three poisons as body, speech, and mind, I offer the five poisons as the five wisdoms, I offer phenomena as the four mudrās, Please accept the offerings, and grant empowerment and siddhis! Mahā Māṃsa Khāhi! Mahā Citta Khāhi! Mahā Sarva Pañcāmṛta Khāhi! Hūṃ! Self-arisen, primordially pure, With eight roots and a thousand branches, This offering of nectar medicine, I offer to the Guru, Yidam, and Ḍākinīs, And to the oath-bound Dharma protectors, Please grant the siddhis of body, speech, and mind!
