Homage and praise to the great bliss beyond arising and ceasing! Generally, that is enough. If you want to be a little more detailed, then, the essence of all Dharmas is the clear light of Bodhicitta. It is inherently complete, with immeasurable qualities. Homage and praise to the mandala lord of co-emergent great bliss, Guru Wish-Fulfilling Jewel! The reality of all phenomena in Samsara and Nirvana is unmade, naturally arising, and beyond the limits of elaboration. Homage and praise to the master of all lineages, the Guru Dharmakaya, Vajra Thötreng Tsal! From the nature of space, wisdom naturally arises, body and pure lands are inconceivable and spontaneously accomplished. Homage and praise to the Guru Sambhogakaya, the possessor of seven unions, the four lineages Thötreng Tsal! The play of wisdom is the miraculous manifestation of compassion, appearing according to what needs to be tamed, manifesting in various Nirmanakayas. And the twelve supreme names, the four classes of Dakinis, etc. Homage and praise to the complete mandala deities! This is the combined recitation. Seventh, regarding Japa (recitation), there are three parts. First, the Approach: Visualize in the heart of the supreme Vajra Thötreng, in the center of the union of the sun and moon, the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable surrounded by a garland of mantras, Visualize its light blazing, with its rays, the wisdom and accomplishments of all the victorious ones of the three roots (Guru, Yidam, Protector) dissolve into oneself. Contemplate the assembly of deities of the Guru's four bodies (Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, Svabhavikakaya) as inseparable from oneself, receiving great blessings. The number of recitations is 1.2 million. Second, the Accomplishment: Again, from the mandala deities, rays of compassion radiate everywhere, purifying the ordinary appearances and attachments of the three realms, with the blessing of Samadhi's realization, the outer environment is the palace, the inner content is the deities, all are the great mandala of mudras. Like the moon in water, a rainbow, contemplate that they appear but have no inherent existence. Recite: Om Vajra Maha Guru Sarva Siddhi Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ वज्र महा गुरु सर्व सिद्धि हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra mahā guru sarva siddhi huṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Vajra Maha Guru Sarva Siddhi Hum), the number of recitations is 400,000. Third, the Activity: From the hearts of the five Thötreng lineages (Five Dhyani Buddhas), rays of light corresponding to the activity pervade the sky, according to what needs to be tamed, the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating are spontaneously accomplished. The number of recitations is 40,000. If you want to elaborate on the longevity practice, it can be done at this time: Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्री, Sanskrit Romanization: hrī, Chinese literal meaning: Hrih). Visualize Vajra Thötreng in the heart, in the center of the union of the sun and moon in the heart, the life (Tibetan: ཧྲཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्री, Sanskrit Romanization: hrī, Chinese literal meaning: Hrih) syllable, inseparable from the wind and mind, red and bright, surrounded by a garland of mantras, when reciting, light radiates, pervading Samsara and Nirvana, Inviting all the essence of one's diminished life force, and the stability and change, the purity of existence and peace, as immortal nectar. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
