Great Bliss! When you resided in Tibet in the past, as you promised your followers, this future time has arrived. We, who rely on you, you are our sole protector. Your body, speech, and mind pervade samsara and nirvana, Yet your representative body resides in the land of the Rakshasas. With your compassion, you especially care for Tibet. We, the fortunate ones with faith and reverence, prostrate to you with respectful bodies, call out to you with plaintive songs, and remember you with unwavering hope. To dispel suffering, please descend here now. For the benefit of future generations, leave a support for faith, eliminate all obstacles of seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching, and make all connections meaningful with supreme accomplishments and splendor. This is the representative who praises you, may your body, speech, and mind enter here, and if you do not bestow blessings and empowerment now, then your vows and aspirations will be in vain. We, the fortunate ones who rely on you, are tormented by suffering and will die here. Therefore, please unleash the power of your compassion, and bestow blessings and empowerment now. Bless our bodies with the Vajra body, bless our speech with truthful words, bless our minds with clear light, bless us with inconceivable qualities, bless us with the compassionate activity of taming beings, dispel all sickness, suffering, and fear, grant supreme and common accomplishments as desired, may all wishes be spontaneously fulfilled, And may we be blessed in this life to be like you, Lama. Thus, as you supplicate with the Vajra words of truth and urge (the Lama), you should also generate unwavering faith in Guru Dechen Gyalpo (藏文：གུ་རུ་བདེ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་པོ་，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思：上师) who is non-other than all the Buddhas, and generate unbearable devotion with a sense of abandonment. When a dreamlike experience arises, free from conceptualization, rest naturally in it. From the unobstructed awareness of the clear light nature, unleash the power of unwavering devotion. Transform the body into various postures, and together with the master and disciples, recite the Jap (藏文：ཛཔ྄་，梵文天城体：जप，梵文罗马拟音：japa，汉语字面意思：念诵) of the Skull Garland Power. Thus, do the recitation three times, etc. In this way, one obtains the fourth empowerment in the mandala of ultimate Bodhicitta, and all the defilements and habitual tendencies of body, speech, and mind are purified.
