舍弃世俗琐事！将身观为金刚之身，恒常汲取根本心髓，觉察自生之觉性本面，修习梦幻之自性，断除骄慢与名声之魔绊，如法守护秘密真言之誓言。若具此等功德之瑜伽士，来世遭受痛苦，莲师（པདྨ་，Padma，莲花）我将欺骗后世，因此当精勤于此，如秘密续部般修持。萨玛雅（ས་མ་ཡ，Samaya，誓言）！卡塔姆（ཁ་ཐཾ，khatam，终结）！古雅（གུ་ཧྱ，guhya，秘密）！ 二十二项心要口诀之策励： 舍（ཧྲཱི，hrīḥ，种子字，大种空性）！ 祈请上师、本尊与空行众，以无缘大悲垂念我等！ 今乃五浊恶世之时， 汝等大悲者， 奋起神力之时已至！ 祈赐予我等修行瑜伽士，殊胜灌顶之时已至！ 祈赐予具缘之传承弟子，成就悉地之时已至！ 救度迷失于六道歧途众生，指引正道之时已至！ 迅速遣除修行之违缘与障碍之时已至！ 祈赐予身之成就，令我等成就虹身与空行！ 祈赐予语之成就，令我等获得六十梵音！ 祈赐予意之成就，令我等证悟无生法身，获得金刚持之果位！ 嗡（ཨོཾ，oṃ，种子字，身口意），阿（ཨཱཿ，āḥ，种子字，圆满），吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，不动），咕噜（གུ་རུ，guru，上师），德瓦（དེ་ཝ，deva，本尊），达吉尼（ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི，ḍākinī，空行母），卡雅（ཀཱ་ཡ，kāya，身），瓦嘎（ཝཱ་ཀ，vāka，语）， चित्त（梵文天城体，citta，梵文罗马拟音，citta，意），悉地（སིདྡྷི，siddhi，成就），吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，不动）！ 萨瓦（སརྦ，sarva，一切），阿比辛恰（ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ，abhiṣiñca，灌顶），吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，不动），布隆（བྷྲཱུྃ，bhrūṃ，种子字，净化）！ 愿此二十二项正行引导，与具缘者相遇！ 后续十二项事业仪轨： 首先是会供，如下所示： 于寂静处或干净布上，陈设丰盛之会供品。 堆积如山无有罪过之血肉食物， 以自身为本尊之慢， 抛掷朵玛，如是说道： 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，不动）！舍（ཧྲཱི，hrīḥ，种子字，大种空性）！ 我本即是忿怒尊之身， 妖魔、食肉鬼等制造障碍者， 伺机寻找过失之辈， 无处不在，玛拉雅（མཱ་ར་ཡ，māraya，摧毁）！ 以食物朵玛为食， 自以为是会供品者， 愿此普贤王佛母之甘露， 令其见闻忆念皆昏厥！ 嗡（ཨོཾ，oṃ，种子字，身口意），班杂（བཛྲ，vajra，金刚），阿弥利达（ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，amṛta，甘露），滚达利（ཀུཎྜ་，kuṇḍali，甘露瓶）等。 萨瓦（སརྦ，sarva，一切），扎雅姆（དྲ་བྱམ，dravyam，供品），修达尼（ཤོ་དྷ་ནི，śodhani，净化），萨瓦（སརྦ，sarva，一切）， विद्घ्नाम्（梵文天城体，vighnān，梵文罗马拟音，vighnān，障碍），乌扎达亚（ཨུ་ཙ་ཏ་ཡ，utsādaya，驱逐），啪特（ཕཊ，phaṭ，断除）！ 抛洒甘露，焚烧古古茹香， 观想广大之守护轮。 之后进行净化， 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，不动）！ 自身本即是本尊之身， 心间光明之球中， 莲花、让（རཾ，raṃ，种子字，火大），燃起火焰， 焚烧执着实有之分别念。 十字交杵、扬（ཡཾ，yaṃ，种子字，风大），放出大风， 摧毁所有烦恼习气。 轮宝、康（ཁཾ，khaṃ，种子字，空大），放出水流， 洗涤二取之垢染。 再次自

Abandon worldly affairs! Hold the body as a vajra body, constantly draw the essence of the root, observe the nature of self-arising awareness, meditate on the nature of dreams as illusion, cut off the clinging of pride and fame, and protect the vows of secret mantra properly. If a yogi possessing these qualities suffers in the future, Padma (པདྨ་, Padma, Lotus) I will deceive future generations, therefore one should strive for this, and practice like the secret tantras. Samaya (ས་མ་ཡ, Samaya, Vow)! Khatam (ཁ་ཐཾ, khatam, End)! Guhya (གུ་ཧྱ, guhya, Secret)! Encouragement of the Twenty-two Essential Instructions: Hrih (ཧྲཱི, hrīḥ, Seed syllable, Great emptiness)! Please, Gurus, Devas, and Dakini assemblies, consider us with impartial compassion! Now is the time of the five degenerations, You great compassionate ones, The time has come to unleash your power! The time has come to bestow supreme empowerment upon us practicing yogis! The time has come to grant siddhis to the fortunate lineage disciples! The time has come to guide those lost on the wrong paths of the six realms! The time has come to swiftly dispel all obstacles and hindrances to practice! Grant the siddhi of body, may we achieve the rainbow body and khechara! Grant the siddhi of speech, may we obtain the sixty melodious sounds! Grant the siddhi of mind, may we realize the unborn dharmakaya, and attain the state of Vajradhara! Sarva (སརྦ, sarva, All), Abhishincha (ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ, abhiṣiñca, Consecrate), Hum (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, Seed syllable, Immovable), Bhrum (བྷྲཱུྃ, bhrūṃ, Seed syllable, Purification)! May these twenty-two main practices meet with the fortunate! The following twelve activity rituals: First is the tsok offering, as follows: On a quiet place or a clean cloth, arrange abundant tsok offerings. Pile up mountains of faultless flesh and blood food, With the pride of oneself as the deity, throw the torma, and say: Hum (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, Seed syllable, Immovable)! Hrih (ཧྲཱི, hrīḥ, Seed syllable, Great emptiness)! I am inherently the body of a wrathful deity, Demons, flesh-eating ghosts, and other obstructors, Those who seek faults, Everywhere, maraya (མཱ་ར་ཡ, māraya, Destroy)! Those who eat food tormas, and consider themselves tsok offerings, May this amrita of Samantabhadri, cause them to faint upon seeing, hearing, and remembering! Om (ཨོཾ, oṃ, Seed syllable, Body, speech, and mind), Vajra (བཛྲ, vajra, Diamond), Amrita (ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ, amṛta, Nectar), Kundali (ཀུཎྜ་, kuṇḍali, Nectar vase), etc. Sarva (སརྦ, sarva, All), dravyam (དྲ་བྱམ, dravyam, Offerings), Shodhani (ཤོ་དྷ་ནི, śodhani, Purify), Sarva (སརྦ, sarva, All), vighnān (梵文天城体, vighnān,梵文罗马拟音, vighnān, Obstacles), Utsadaya (ཨུ་ཙ་ཏ་ཡ, utsādaya, Expel), Phat (ཕཊ, phaṭ, Cut)! Sprinkle amrita, burn gugul incense, visualize a vast protective wheel. Then perform purification, Hum (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, Seed syllable, Immovable)! Oneself is inherently the body of the deity, In the heart, a sphere of light, Lotus, Ram (རཾ, raṃ, Seed syllable, Fire element), blazing with flames, Burn away the conceptual thoughts of grasping at reality. Crossed vajra, Yam (ཡཾ, yaṃ, Seed syllable, Wind element), emitting great wind, Destroy all afflictions and habitual tendencies. Wheel jewel, Kham (ཁཾ, khaṃ, Seed syllable, Space element), emitting streams of water, Wash away the stains of dualistic clinging.
