In the glorious Bras mo gshong, where Padmasambhava (Lotus-Born) was indisputably present in Nga Yap Ling (Copper-Colored Mountain of Glory), manifesting a state of illness, within the self-aware, self-illuminating, clear mandala, indistinguishable from the pure realm of Khechara (mKha' spyod, Sky Goer) and Ogmin (highest heaven), in that supreme land where the five-colored rays of light interweave, where the four rivers converge, one attains the essence of empowerment, the spontaneously accomplished Vajra body of five stacked wheels, within which the essence of the channels, bindus, and winds is clear and empty, fearless, and the essence of the Vajra heart. Having attained the essence of a single bindu within the vast expanse of the Great Perfection that transcends the four rivers, the heart essence of this close lineage arises. Furthermore, in the Lhari Rinchen Nyingpuk (Lha ri rin chen snying phug, Cave of the Precious Essence of the God Mountain), the first pure vision appeared, and in the great charnel ground of profound terror, the Vidyadharas (Rigdzin, Knowledge Holders) and mantra holders bestowed the life force empowerment of wrathful mantras and Dharma protectors. In the northern direction, in the gathering of light, Dakini Land, merely seeing the Vajra Varahi (rDo rje phag mo, Diamond Sow), one recognizes the wisdom of bliss and emptiness and receives the empowerment of wisdom. In the western direction, in the emanation land of Khechara, seeing Vidyadhara Padmasambhava surrounded by a retinue of Dharma protectors, one receives the vase empowerment. At Drakkar Tashi Ding (Brag dkar bkra shis sdings, White Rock of Auspicious Platform), Vidyadharas, the great scholar Vimalamitra, and Yeshe Tsogyal (Ye shes mtsho rgyal, Wisdom Lake Queen) showered down a rain of scriptures from the sky, and one receives the empowerment to teach, debate, and compose the heart essence of Vidyadhara. Furthermore, in the Khechara Ngayap Mountain of Glory, in the Desang Pemadrawa Ling (bDe gsang padma drwa ba'i gling, Secret Blissful Lotus Net Land), and in other particularly pure realms of self-appearing phenomena, the victorious ones of the three lineages, the heroes and heroines, spoke of the profound meaning in the form of symbols and words, which were recorded on precious paper in accordance with prophecies and the times. Gradually transmitted to the fortunate ones, countless accomplished beings arose, and the sun of the Ati Dzogchen (Great Perfection) teachings spread throughout the sky. The greatness and qualities of this profound Dharma are also stated in the Vajra words: 'This essence of the gathering of the Vidyadhara three roots is the supreme secret path of the immortal Vajra bindu. This is sufficient to bind, touch, and remember. It eliminates unruly obstacles, the poison of demons, decline, theft, untimely death, evil spirits, and diseases of the four elements, and is the immortal nectar that eliminates all without exception. Touching or consuming the longevity pills, longevity wine, and longevity water of this Dharma is the state of Sukhavati (Pure Land of Bliss). One is born in the pure land of the Khechara Ngayap Ling. It dispels wrong views, decline, oath-breaking spirits, flesh-eating demons, and the obstacles of the spirits.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

is the companion of liberation.' etc. Although his praises are widely spread, here, the Shelzhakpa Nakyokangsum Rangdrol (Shel brag pa rnal 'byor khams gsum rang grol) father and son, and Lhatsun Nyipa Trakthung Jigme Pawo (Lha btsun gnyis pa khrag 'thung 'jigs med dpa' bo), etc., from the unbroken lineage of Dzogchen masters and vidyadharas of Sikkim, are the most supreme with the wonderful blessings of the transmission. Therefore, to accomplish such an empowerment, everything that the master should do has been completed in advance. Now is the time to begin giving the empowerment to the disciples, so for that purpose, please offer a mandala to the guru and the main deity of the mandala, who are inseparable. After giving the instructions, have them offer the mandala. You are seated in the outer protective circle of the great mandala, so please fold your hands and circumambulate the mandala, with unwavering faith, pray to the guru Vajra Acharya and the main deity of the mandala, who are inseparable, saying: Although all dharmas are primordially pure, spontaneously accomplished in the nature of the four vajras, due to sudden ignorance, we have not realized their meaning and are sinking in the ocean of samsara. Now, please lead us into the supreme city of liberation. Please repeat this prayer: Wrathful deities and wrathful mothers guarding the four gates, and all the hosts of oath-bound protectors, please open the gates for me and lead me into the center of the mandala, I beseech you to show the true face of the assembly of vidyadharas. Recite three times. Having prayed in this way, all the deities of the mandala will respond with compassion, and those guarding the four gates will open the doors, and you will enter the inner courtyard of the eastern gate of the mandala. Visualize that wrathful deities and wrathful mothers radiate like particles of sunlight, protecting all kinds of obstructing forces from following behind, driving them far away. Perform a fierce exorcism with fierce mantras, musical instruments, gugul incense, and mustard seeds. Visualize that the entire outer space above, below, and in between, has become an indestructible vajra protective tent, completely unified. Recite: Vajra Raksha Raksha Hum (藏文:བཛྲ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:वज्र रक्ष रक्ष हुं,梵文罗马拟音:vajra raksha raksha hūṃ,金刚 保护 保护 吽), thus establishing the boundary. To symbolize that you were previously obscured by a thick layer of ignorance, and have not seen or recognized the deities of the mandala of Guru Vidyadhara Tötrengtsal (rig 'dzin thod phreng rtsal), please now put on the blindfold. To test the disposition, give a five-colored udumbara flower. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
