Corresponding to millions of aeons, the awareness is placed in a state of non-attachment and vastness. In this state, dance, spin, recite, and perform; awareness is sharp, transparent, and natural. With wisdom, generate courage and sing the song of the sound 'Hum'. Hum! Hum! Hum! Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, whatever is desired, the transformation of each deity's mantra is the key to awareness. The sound of secret mantras flows, light radiates and retracts, with the great accomplishment of awareness being transparent and unobstructed. Dance steps and movements arise effortlessly and spontaneously. It is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, truly the king of freedom. The fruit of perfect Buddhahood is the attainment of the Dharmakaya in this very life. At the time of death, rainbows and earthquakes occur, five types of relics and five types of implements appear, along with various letters. To those with doubt and wrong views, Atam Jya! Samaya! Jya! Jya! Jya! Next is the practice of immortal longevity: As before, visualize yourself as a lotus of blazing light. In front, set up a vase of the generation stage, or a pile of sun, moon, and snow mountains, or a turquoise lake that is eternally frozen, all of which can be used as the basis for the generation stage. In the center of the golden vajra at your heart, visualize the seed syllable Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) complete with five essences. Finally, visualize the garland of mantras surrounding the king of secret mantras. Light radiates, and the immortal vidyadharas, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and long-lived sages, with compassion, bless the essence of life, the Gandharvas, Yamas, and worldly gods, Cause all interruptions and deteriorations of one's own life force to be restored. Visualize the letter seed syllable Nri (藏文：ནྲྀ་，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：无), raining down from the pores, merging into oneself, blazing with glory, attaining the immortal vidyadhara of life.
