Visualize yourself transformed into a sentient being of the lotus realm, a Lotus Heart Bodhisattva, and then rest in non-conceptualization. Alternatively, dissolve the visualized deity into your heart center and perform the subsequent absorption as described earlier. This is the third visualization stage of the empowerment practice. Next is the accomplishment of wrathful activities: Choose the time of night and face north. Visualize yourself as Padmasambhava (莲花生), with a dark color like the breaking dawn, wearing a lotus hat, Dharma robes, a cloak, a monastic skirt, and secret garments, as dark as eye medicine. Holding a flaming sword and a skull cup filled with blood, embracing a khatvanga (卡杖嘎). With legs in a half-lotus posture, the right knee slightly raised. Visualize the visualization deity in your heart center, as before, as a lotus and vajra, and a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: destroyer). Specifically, the bliss-guarding wheel in the secret place is a green lotus with twenty-eight petals, at the center of which is a sword with a half-vajra hilt, the sword's core being hollow, containing a black Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: destroyer). The Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: destroyer) is surrounded by the root mantra and activity mantra, and 'Hūṃ Māraya Phaṭ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:हुं मारय फट,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ māraya phaṭ,meaning: destroy the demons)'. Then perform the emanation and absorption of light: From the visualization deity in your heart center, emanate turbulent blue-black rays of light like flames, striking the sword, mantra garland, and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: destroyer) in the secret place. The mantra garland spins violently, and from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: destroyer) emanate blue-black rays of light, filling the entire sky, inspiring the Buddhas to rejoice. From the secret places of the Buddhas, emanate blue-black, hot, and rough rays of light, shaped like various weapons, which dissolve into the visualization deity in your secret place, thereby gaining the power to liberate the three realms of samsara simultaneously. Again, from the visualization deity, emanate weapons like molten meteoric iron, blacksmith's coal fire, and vajra rain, and countless activity wrathful deities, spreading in all directions. For those enemies, demons, ghosts, curses, evil spirits, and fierce pretas who obstruct us, the teachers and disciples, from practicing the Dharma and attaining enlightenment, hook them with iron hooks, bind them with ropes, shackle them with iron chains, intoxicate them with bells, and chop them into powder with a rain of weapons. Repeatedly visualize the nature of the three poisons, the flesh, blood, and bones being devoured by the assembly of activity wrathful deities with a 'ha' sound, leaving not a single remnant. Recite the root mantra and activity mantra, alternating between them. In the intervals between recitations and sessions, utter curses: 'Fierce pretas, demons, enemies of Buddhism, personal enemies, etc., may those possessing ten merits be destroyed!' Recite as appropriate. Finally, visualize the outer world as various vajra realms, and the inner sentient beings universally as beings... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Think that you have completely purified the minds of all the beings who were previously subdued in ེ་བྲག་ (place name), and that they have become the Samaya-sattva of karma. Then, gradually visualize the outer world and inner beings dissolving into a mass of light that merges into you, and remain in a state of aimless, primordial purity. Alternatively, dissolve the secret (Tibetan: ཛཔ྄་, Sanskrit Devanagari: जप, Sanskrit Romanization: japa, Literal meaning: recitation) into your heart center and practice the subsequent gathering meditation as you wish. This is the fourth session of the wrathful activity. In short, combining these four sessions of the four activities into one great session is the eighth meditation cycle of the main generation stage deity practice. Thus, the sequence of accomplishing the four activities, summarized by seven points: direction, time, color, place, mantra, expanding and contracting, and aspiration. This mainly follows the actual teachings from the root text of the terma, as explicitly stated. It should be understood that other variations may also occur implicitly, such as the activity deities emanating from the heart in other mind practices to perform the four activities, or placing the activity deities in four directions. However, here, the above-mentioned is the main focus. Concluding with the practice of longevity. Now, the fourth is the sequence of concluding with the longevity practice. There are two ways to practice this: relying solely on self-generation and relying on front-generation. The first is as follows: As stated in the Vajra words of the terma text: 'If practicing self-generation, in the center of an eight-petaled white lotus in your own heart, visualize a white ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: hrīḥ) syllable surrounded by a garland of mantras with five-colored radiance, rotating and reciting.' Thus it is. However, here, I will clarify it further with a slight supplement from the guru's oral instructions. Visualize yourself as Guru Padmasambhava, and in the center of the white lotus in your heart, visualize a five-pronged crystal vajra, with its lower prongs submerged in the center of the pistil. In the center is a conjoined sun and moon amulet box, within which is the essence of the five pure elements, a white ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: hrīḥ) syllable, free from impurities. Inside it, there is a green ནྲྀཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning: ) syllable. Inside that, there is a white ཨཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning: ) syllable. Surrounding the outside are the syllables ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning: ), each syllable standing upright, situated within a five-colored halo, like a string of connected mirrors, visualize them as readable, and practice the (Tibetan: ཛཔ྄་, Sanskrit Devanagari: जप, Sanskrit Romanization: japa, Literal meaning: recitation) as it is. Then, as you recite the (Tibetan: ཛཔ྄་, Sanskrit Devanagari: जप, Sanskrit Romanization: japa, Literal meaning: recitation), the sound of the mantra and the light radiate towards the ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: hrīḥ) syllable. From that, light emerges like a cloud. The essence of the five elements of the outer world, the inner... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
