From the Palace of Lotus Light, the mandala wheel of the Primordially Pure Guru Dragpo Yeshe (Wrathful Guru of Wisdom) is invited. Pray that he remains in the sky in front, facing oneself, and after offering praise, contemplate that one dwells inseparably within the mandala of samaya, which is also a special cause for the entry of blessings. This is the first practice session. Moreover, in the commentary on the tantra, it says: 'The secret practice is: oneself instantly dissolves into peaceful light, from which arises Guru Dragpo. Invite, offer, and praise, and the wisdom being dissolves into oneself. If practicing the front generation, dissolve into both oneself and the front generation.' As stated, the front generation here refers to the common one relying on the torma or mandala, but in this case, opening the recitation box also fulfills the meaning of the front generation. Then, visualize the mantra of the wisdom mandala: As the commentary on the tantra says: 'At the crown of one's head, the peaceful Guru dwells as the lord of the family. At one's heart, on a sun disc, is a red-black Hūṃ, surrounded by a mantra garland.' Therefore, visualize at the supreme crown of oneself as the Great Supreme Wrathful One, the peaceful Guru as if directly realized, and at the heart, the nature of the wisdom being, a blazing sun disc, intensely hot, with rays of various colors blazing, emitting harsh rays in all directions. At its center, the essence of the samadhi being, the red and clear letter Hūṃ, like a precious wish-fulfilling jewel, emitting limitless rays of wisdom, spontaneously accomplishing the four activities. Around it, the essence of all the secrets of the victorious ones, the power of the dharani mantra, is gathered into the Guru Dragpo's heart mantra: Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ,Sanskrit Devanagari: आः,Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ,Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), Arcika (Tibetan: ཨརྩིག་,Sanskrit Devanagari: अर्चिक,Sanskrit Romanization: arcika,Literal Chinese meaning: Arcika), Niracika (Tibetan: ནིརྩིག་,Sanskrit Devanagari: निरचिक,Sanskrit Romanization: niracika,Literal Chinese meaning: Niracika), Namo Bhagavate (Tibetan: ན་མོ་བྷ་ག་ཝ་ཏེ་,Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो भगवते,Sanskrit Romanization: namo bhagavate,Literal Chinese meaning: Namo Bhagavate), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ,Sanskrit Devanagari: फट,Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ,Literal Chinese meaning: Phat)! These sixteen letters stand upright, circling to the right, accompanied by light rays, contemplate them dwelling there, and repeat and meditate until the visualization is clear. This is the second practice session. In most Guru Dragpo practices, this basis of mantra recitation has slight variations in the number of mantra syllables, but do not mix them up. Here, it is definitely sixteen letters. Thus, when the visualization of the mantra wheel is stable, temporarily open the recitation box and perform the recitation of the Doli, just as one lamp gives rise to two lamps, or an image appears in a mirror, oneself as the wrathful form, in front, in the form of a wisdom being, dwelling in union amidst a mountain of flames. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As before, visualize the navel chakra Then, as I recited, the mantra garland, along with rays of light, circled the syllable 'Hūṃ' (ཧཱུྃ་) three times to the right. Light emanated from the syllable 'Hūṃ', passed through the crown chakra, and I visualized a red 'Hūṃ' in the center of my enjoyment chakra. It also circled three times to the right, and the mantra garland, along with rays of light, emerged from my mouth and entered the mouth of the Wisdom Great Wrathful One (ཡེ་ཤེས་ཁྲོ་བོ་ཆེན་པོའི་) in front of me. As before, visualize a clear 'Hūṃ' in the throat, rotating to the right, passing through the light of the 'Hūṃ' syllable in the heart, the mantra garland encircling the 'Hūṃ', circling three times to the right, passing through the central channel, the mantra garland emerging from the navel, entering my own navel, passing through the central channel to the heart, abiding as before. Thus, recite continuously as much as possible. If tired, visualize the mantra garland around the heart mantra in either my own or the front deity's heart, without distraction, and then recite or alternate. During breaks, recite some Doli (དོ་ལིའི་) recitations, and finally maintain the firm pride that the Wisdom One in front has merged into me. This is the Doli recitation or alternating recitation, or the method of reciting when the mind is agitated; this is the third visualization session. Next is the expanding and contracting recitation (སྤྲོ་བསྡུའི་བཟླས་པ་ནི།): The Guru's form has both peaceful and wrathful aspects, and the transformation of mantras, the three types of expanding and contracting, are all the same as described in the peaceful section above, with only slight adjustments to the key points of visualization. Here, in the second stage of expanding and contracting, or at any other appropriate time, perform the recitation of the wrathful deity. From the light of the mantra garland, radiate weapons and flames, in order to eliminate obstacles to the Dharma practice and enlightenment of myself and my disciples, hook all the obstructing demons and heretics with iron hooks, bind them with ropes, suck their heart blood with iron scorpions, strike them with wheel spokes, and cut them with weapons. Let the wrathful deities and the Eight Classes (སྡེ་བརྒྱད་) enjoy the flesh and blood and heart and liver, and burn the remainder into ashes with fire and wind. This recitation is very special; it is not necessary to perform the wrathful practice separately, but rather to add it in the form of a mantra to the peaceful activity ritual. It should be known that the second expanding and contracting and this method are the fundamental visualizations. Finally, in the peaceful stage, recite as much as possible the mantras that pervade space, as well as the mantras of body, speech, and mind, etc.; this is the fourth visualization session. Furthermore, it is mentioned in the commentary of the tantra: From the mantra garland emanate red and black rays of light, as well as the fire of wisdom and... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
