Like sunlight hitting a shadow, it vanishes in an instant, pervaded by unchanging great bliss. The Guru's body, speech, and mind transform into the nature of Vajra. Light rays gather back from the aspect of the body. All phenomena of Samsara and Nirvana are truly sealed with the supreme Mudra of stainless, equal, unchanging, great bliss, and contemplate that it is irreversible. If one elaborates on this contemplation, six rays of light emanate from the heart, sequentially: a blue light emanates from the soles of the feet, striking the realm of hell, contemplating the outer world transforming into a field adorned with Vajra arrangements, and the inner beings transforming into Vajra Garland Power (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ།). Similarly, a red light emanates from the secret place; a blue-green light from the navel; a green light from the nape of the neck; a yellow light from between the eyebrows; and a mixed-color light emanates from the heart, striking the realms of the hungry ghosts, animals, Asuras, Devas, and humans respectively. Contemplate the outer world transforming into a field adorned with lotus, wheel, swastika, jewel arrangements, and thick ornaments; the inner beings transforming into the forms of the Lotus family, Buddha family, Karma family, Ratna family, Garland Power, and the united family of Padmasambhava. Thus, whether expanding or contracting, whatever the method, this is the third expansive and contractive contemplation, which is the fifth contemplation session. Furthermore, sometimes engage in the yoga of all-pervading recitation, where each atom of the outer four elements, and all inner sentient beings, transform into the Guru's form. From the mouths of all these forms, and even from the pores of their hair, sounds of mantra emanate. All the Jewels and Three Roots filling the expanse of space also become helpers in my recitation of mantra, and the blessings and power of all these deities' mantras dissolve into my mantra rosary and seed syllable. Contemplate that through the power of my mantra, all limitless sentient beings swiftly attain the state of unsurpassed Buddhahood, and then recite, this is the sixth contemplation session. Furthermore, sometimes recite the mantra while focusing the mind without distraction on the indivisible Mandala wheel of the body; similarly, recite in the manner of counting a mantra rosary; or recite while focusing single-pointedly on Vajra Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), etc., focusing on whatever is essential. Primarily, recite while focusing single-pointedly on the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable in the heart. This also transforms into the method of reciting with body, speech, and mind. Sometimes recite the mantra at a moderate volume, neither too loud nor too soft, focusing the mind solely on the sound that reaches one's own ears, without distraction, this is also a pith instruction from the Lama, practice in this way. This is the seventh contemplation session. Furthermore, when it is time to conclude the session... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, the outer container world (Tibetan: སྣོད་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་, Meaning: Immeasurable Palace) and the inner sentient beings dissolve into the nature of the deity assembly. The lord of the deity assembly dissolves into the body of Guru Padmasambhava (Tibetan: གུ་རུ་པདྨ, Meaning: Lotus Born). They then gather upwards and downwards into a mass of light, the lotus moon, mantra garland, vajra, and the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཡིག་) dissolve into each other one by one. The syllable Hūṃ also dissolves into the topknot and bindu (Tibetan: ཀླད་ཀོར་ཐིག་ལེ་). It becomes increasingly subtle, eventually dissolving into the space of dividing the tip of a hair into hundreds of thousands of parts. Then, visualize it vanishing into emptiness in the sky, free from the proliferation of conceptual thoughts, and let the mind rest in its natural state. If conceptual thoughts arise, then gather the outer container world and inner sentient beings as before, and finally rest in emptiness, practicing repeatedly. Finally, if you wish to arise from that state, recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔). By reciting this mantra, the body of Guru Padmasambhava arises instantaneously like an illusion, and you should train in this way. This is the eighth session of visualization. Thus, the eight sessions of visualization are practiced in sequence, mastering each visualization one by one. However, nowadays people prefer to quickly obtain teachings, so these eight sessions are combined into one great session, which is the fifth visualization of the main practice of the generation stage. Even in the quick guide, you should spend as much time as possible, making sure that the meaning of the visualization is firmly fixed in your mind. The following should also be understood by analogy. If you practice correctly in the future, this inner practice is the root practice of the general gathering of refuge (Tibetan: དཀོན་མཆོག་སྤྱི་འདུས་, Meaning: Gathering of the Three Jewels), the core of the main practice. Therefore, the number of recitations can reach one million two hundred thousand times, or four times that, which is four million eight hundred thousand times, or spend six months focusing on this practice. If you practice the Guru Sadhana, then you can recite countless times. Thus, regarding the mantra to be recited, the treasure text (Tibetan: གཏེར་གཞུང་) 'Vajra Words of Activity' (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཚིག་ཕྲིན་ལས་རང་གཞུང་) encourages recitation: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔). Recite in this way. This is the essence of the mantra. Furthermore, in the 'Great Yoga' (Tibetan: རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཆེན་པོ་) regarding the practice of the three yogas, it says: Again, recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔). By reciting this mantra without interruption, the assembly of vidyādharas (Tibetan: རིག་འཛིན་, Meaning: Knowledge Holders) will involuntarily bless you. Why? Because all the blessings of the heart essence of Guru Padmasambhava are infused into these syllables. After explaining its benefits in this way, it immediately says: Especially reciting this heart essence, etc., as quoted during the outer practice, first is the method of recitation, and then relying on the dark retreat (Tibetan: མུན་ཁང་བརྟེན་པ་). In all activities of walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, you should visualize Guru Padmasambhava himself being present, or meet him in dreams. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
